Hello folks:
Keep 'em coming, I really like your ideas.
Of course this is a charity drive, and I think it sure beats a bake sale! But you must remember that every charity has to pay it's administrative staff....so some funds will "disapear" into that void. Pam, stillhere1 and others will probably demand, and rightfully deserve some type of remuneration - so will the 6 Japanese Sumo(sp?) wrestlers who hold Paw down while the deed is done! As the Administratrix I will do all I can to keep costs down...
Perhaps tickets to see the event would produce less revenue than a video of the event. Perhaps the video could be sent to those who want to see the event and hold it in perpetuity for the paltry sum of $49.95
As for gloves.....hmmm - I've thought about that considerably. At the moment I don't think that will be either necessary or advisable. WHO can actually feel the sweet warm smoothness of Paw's legs through latex! In addition...if the wrestlers do their job...and Pam knows her job well...with stillhere1's assistance, of course, there should be no bleeding. That means that any possible communicable diseases which the emminent Paw might have, would not possibly be transmitted to any participant. In the interest of keeping costs down, therefore, gloves, while a good idea, will be dispensed with. However, in the event that some unforseen phenomenon occurs which causes us to reverse this decision, we reserve the right to suggest or require them. There will be an additional charge for them, should they be necessary, or requested by the event's participants. (This is your standard disclaimer)
Additionally, we need another "volunteer" to carefully inspect the hands of those on line waiting for their "moment of infamy" to be sure they are clean and disease free - you know - no open oozing sores...no maggots...that sort of thing. Another "volunteer" would be desirable to inspect the hands that want to touch for hangnails, severe callusses, etc...anything that might cause Paw any discomfort or lasting injury.
I believe all bases have been covered! Remember, tickets go on sale Wednesday July 5 at high noon (NK time, of course). Be aware that they are limited...first come, first served....cash or credit card only. (You are correct; we don't trust your checks!)
Hurry hurry hurry folks...time's a-waistin' - - July 5 is rapidly approaching.
BTW - where IS Paw anyway...will somebody please volunteer to locate him and inform him of these plans.
ALSO: Applicaions are being accepted for Consession Stands, tee shirts, key chains, popcorn, beer, hot dogs, and so on.
(Lifted Up - perhaps I can interest YOU in one of these consessions....take your pick!)

Well - sometimes I don't even know who I am myself!!
A little more than 2 years ago, I decided to part ways with twi - no pun intended!! Three months after that my life began to fall apart....not because I left twi - - it had been brewing a l-o-n-g time! That part was just coincidence!
Or was it??? Once out from under...I finally found the courage to get out from under all of the bondage...not just what they imposed...I finally got up the guts to walk out of a failure of a marriage...and when the house sold, I decided to quit my job...yes - quit - - and move 2800 miles away into the great Southwest! I began to rediscover myself....our Father has been busy healing me up...my heart, and mind...and my spirit also. The body, is, however, aging, albeit gracefully!
Raised 3 children, at least 2 are "out" - don't know about the oldest! They are now 28 - 30 - and 36! Only the oldest has children. The two youngest are divorced...both as the result of stuff from twi.
At the moment, I prefer not to reveal too many personal details...my youngest child's spouse was, like so many others, besieged by lcm and they eventually were tossed out of corpse training (WC 28 ). That's the most I dare reveal at this point in time, as these kids don't want much revealed to anybody just yet. Personally - I am hoping for another lawsuit, but that doesn't seem likely.
I've been hanging around WayDale for quite some time... took a "leave of absense" when I moved...so you didn't see me for the month of May....
And so pamsandiego thinks I'm a "riot" eh?? What a compliment...but then...I learned a whole lot from her!!!
Presently, I'm really wishing I could get my hands on Paw...literally, although it's just his legs I want! ssshhhh! don't want to wake him.....
That's who I am! At least this evening.
In a few days...more will be restored, or added...as I continue to heal up. I always was an instigator....when they'd run PFAL classes...I'd be the "grad" to instigate some giggles...and even when I didn't I got blamed anyway! But it was worth it.
In a few days...a few weeks...another facet of my being will surface, now that I am able to grow my own way. And you know what??? I really like who I am becoming! Who and what I am becoming is largely (lately) due to you folks here at the 'Dale! I am learning, or relearning, can't say for sure which it is....how to live life...and love the Father...and enjoy what life has to offer.
It is wonderful to be free, and I'm not just saying that because this is the 4th of July weekend! It is good to breathe fresh clean air.
I gotta go now. The local market is having a sale on shaving cream, and, although I may not need it, I am gonna chance it....ya never know!!!!

Warning: considering recent events at Waydale, this joke may be considered in poor taste. I present it in the interest of levity, so please don't take offense.
It's time I fessed up. I hate to say this, but, THE is a hoax. That's right, I just made it all up. It's a fantasy in the mind of an autistic child staring at a snow globe in bed with Suzanne Pleshette waiting for Patrick Duffy to come out of the shower.
I know many of you came to THE and dedicated your time and energy to seeing it thrive, but my need to perpetrate this hoax so far outweighed your need to have a definite article to believe in, that I really had no choice.
I should be ashamed of myself, but I am not. To those of you who cried for THE, all I can say is...
It wasn't easy
