The Way International, certain Way trustees, former Way trustees and Craig Martindale are faced with yet another lawsuit.

This lawsuit alleges (among other things) that The Way has violated state racketeering laws with alleged acts of theft, fraud, coercion, assault and rape. 

The lawsuit further alleges that former Way president Craig Martindale coerced Ms. Parker into posing for obscene photographs and taking similar photographs of Martindale.
