Emergency Financial Cutbacks
|
The TWI emergency cost cutting measures handout. This financial
emergency gave Martindale his excuse to get rid of Howard Allen the Secretary
Treasurer and replace him with a Way Corps person - John Reynolds. This
emergency has led to The Way trying to sell most of its properties in New
Knoxville and sending the Way Corps back to secular work and cutting pay
rates to 10 percent below the established "genuine need" of its

Letter from V.P. Wierwille
|
A 1983 letter from V.P.
Wierwille stating that it is possible for the Christian believer to have
fellowship with and "talk" to Jesus.
This letter clearly
demonstrates one of the many differences in what Martindale (current Way
president) teaches and what the founding president V.P. Wierwille taught.
Martindale teaches that
those who "talk to Jesus" are like an ass in heat and are opening
themselves up to spirits of whoredoms.
