10/77 Dr. Don Wierwille and Howard Allen installed (same time).

Always drive your mind to the Word first. Researching the structure of the Levites I in the tabernacle and the temple. The oversight and the teaching ministry to the Israelites.

30 to 50 years - one time - 20 year tenure. Part of the courses and teaching responsibility and oversight and judging responsibility. Another length of time was for 20 - 5- years. A 30 year tenure.

No Biblical standard for how long for people to serve at the Trustee level (compared the level of responsibility to the high priest category).

In Judges - 12 genuine judges; 1 counterfeit - Abimalech. All of their times of service varied.

David, Moses, Saul, Eli - all served 40 years in a position of authority. Joshua went Emeritus, Moses, toward the end of their lives. Book of Joshua covers 33 years. Moses could have gone into the Promised Land as an advisor (like Emeritus). To serve til the last minute and then die is not Biblical.

At 50 years old, the Levites were out of that spiritual responsibility. Paul served over 30 years; not sure of the date of his death. Rev. Martindale doesn't think there's any number to lock into (age wise - Prov. 3:4 &5).

Ermal and Harry terms were varied. We're all given a portion of this ministry (I Cor. 12) God hath set the members. Emeritus can pick and choose where they want to spend their time. An adviser is not on call hour by hour. Takes humility to go Emeritus. They're used to calling the shots.

Men and women can change positions. They don't have to stay in a particular position to function. Emeritus is not a death sentence.

We're going to the 5^th level of Trustees.

Everyone in the Leaders Meetings was capable of stepping into this position - Rev. Martindale convinced.

The only ones left from the Leaders Meetings where Dr. Victor Paul Wierwille announced Rev. Martindale would be the next President are the Trustee Household and Rev. Bob Moynihan.

Dr. Victor Paul Wierwille stated he doubted if any of those men would stand that were there. Considered what all their exposure has been - secularly and in the ministry. Who's the best mix with Rev. Martindale and Rev. Rosalie Rivenbark? Dr. Victor Paul Wierwille asked Don and Howard to keep the ministry from going broke when he installed them. Don and Howard were trained their whole lives for these jobs.

Rev. Martindale considers himself best in seconds - the 2^nd Way Corps coordinator, the 2^nd Way Corps Director, the 2^nd President of the Way, etc. He comes in to establish what the initiator had started.

1 Chr 12:32 And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment.

Understanding of the times - knew the administration; knew the times spiritually, culturally, and secularly.

Isa 43:14 Thus saith the LORD, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships.

Isa 43:15 I am the LORD, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King.

Isa 43:16 Thus saith the LORD, which maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;

Isa 43:17 Which bringeth forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow.

Isa 43:18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.

Isa 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Wilderness - desolation / violence

Great oppressor in chapter 2.

Isa 43:15 I am the LORD, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King.

Creator of Israel - (Gal. 6:16) Israel - ruling princes for God. Maketh a way in the sea - midst of devil spirit dominance. A plain path before us. The transfer of leadership will be at the next anniversary. Rev. Martindale will announce on Resurrection Sunday. Isa 43: 19, 21. Show forth God's praise.

Howard Allen:

Rev. Martindale and Dr. Don Wierwille are the brothers Howard Allen never had.

1 Pet 2:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

Your physical body has to be in shape or you cannot carry out the will of God.

Mrs. Allen:

Moving to the slow lane - not the idle lane! Every assignment is good for the individual first, then the ministry. The Allens are not sad, rejoice with them. This anniversary of Howard Allen and Emogene will be 46 years in May. Nothing else but the Word will keep them standing day by day for lifetime.

Craig Martindale:

Defined Trustee - firm as a tree. Announced that John and Vicki Reynolds would be the new Secretary-Treasurer. John shared - met his wife opening night of Corps. Backed up Howard Allen while in International Outreach as Dept. Coordinator. He called Howard "big shoulders."

Rosalie Rivenbark:

Howard Allen trained John to run I.O. (International Outreach), strong Corps and business background. Loyal to God, this ministry and Rev. Martindale.

Dr. Don Wierwille:

Great step forward for our ministry. Requires definite adjustments to not being the overseer. Has the utmost respect and confidence for the Reynolds.

Howard Allen:

Believes John will adapt very quickly.

Craig Martindale:

On the field - how it will work: No new Region coordinator at this point. June 1^st will be the transition time. The Reynolds to HQ - they will become Assistant to the Secretary-Treasurer until the installation at the Anniversary in October.

State re-arrangements will be:

NC - will go to the Blue Ridge Region - Naviellos

GA - will go to the South Atlantic Region - Moynihans

TN - will go to the Ohio Valley Region - Panarellos

The Limb of GA - new State coordinators - Rev. and Mrs. Hayward Chappell

The New England Region - and State coordinators for the states of MA and RI - Mr. and Mrs Greg Bolchalk

The rest of the Corps assignments will be settled in May.

On Sunday, the Reynolds and Allens will share. Rev. Martindale said to Rev. Rosalie Rivenbark - look at the Trustee assignment as a five year one. Likewise with the Reynolds. John has already made the ultimate commitment spiritually of ordination. Rev. Martindale will stay on as President for a long long time.

John Reynolds - will be 55 in Sept. From Oklahoma. Vicki - from CA.

Married 7/18/82 - 16 years.

John is 10^th Corps, Vicki is 8^th Corps.

John was in sales for 10 years, purchasing sales management, office management. College for 2 ½ years Wright State University

1961 to 1964 he was in the US Navy - EH Petty Officer.

Took PFAL in 1978 in Oklahoma; the Advanced Class in 1979 at HQ in June of that year.

!982 - 1988 worked in I.O., became the Department coordinator 1988-1994.

He was 12 years on Staff in International Outreach.

He took the Dale Carnegie course before he came to the ministry.

He was a self employed musician, worked for Shaklee, played the organ and was a choreographer, in radio school and went 2 years to a trade school.

In 1994 they went on the field to Arkansas for 2 years, and then to Georgia.

Vicki took the Advanced Class in 1977, took PFAL in 1995.

Business college grad, 8 years in office management.

Secretarial and administration are her long suits.

1982 - 1986 worked in Word Processing and then worked 1986-1994 as the Word Processing Department coordinator.

John wrote the Nov/Dec 1995 Way Magazine article on the Word being over the World.

They have room to grow into their responsibilities.

Isa 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

God would not have them make decisions on shaky ground.

Titus 2:1 But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine:

Titus 2:2 That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.

In context of going emeritus:

Aged men in terms of Emeritus status.

Grave - dignified. Patience - endurance. Stay in self control, don't let your life run out of control. Sound in the family faith. The aged women likewise - Sarah, Deborah, Huldah, etc. Examples of holy women.

Titus 2:3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;

Examples of temperate. Word warns against backbiting and criticizing. Maintain your good habit of life. More time to teach in some categories, like the privilege to teach their grandchildren.

Titus 2:4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,

Titus 2:5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

Purpose of keeping up with those standards. Staying faithful at that is an art.

Titus 2:6 Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.

Titus 2:7 In all things showing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine showing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity,

Titus 2:8 Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.

Can't say you wrongly divided the Word. You speak it so tight. Eighth section of Book of Acts 6 of 7 epistles were written in the eighth section. The greatest revelation came in the eighth section. Stay at our Ephesus and don't run to the hard hearted. Not like Paul when he left them. 4x2 - God's creative works on the earth established. 7 plus 1 - sovereignty of God functions in the 7^th section. God's will was for David to live into the next oversight. David set it all up for Solomon while he was still healthy. Because of all the wars, David got worn out.

Eccl 3:2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

A time to sow and a time to reap what you've sowed. (Like the Allens)
