These
articles are based on our own experiences with The Way and our best
recollections of meetings and incidents involving many aspects of live at The
Way.
These articles are
written in as unslanted a way as we can accomplish. It is not our objective to skew
the stories or write them in a way that deliberately portrays The Way and its
trustees in a bad light. We believe that you should be allowed draw your own
conclusions.
These articles are as
accurate as we can make them, but our recollections are not perfect on all
these issues. We believe however, that the substance of the articles is
essentially accurate even if we get some small details wrong.

Corps Notes
( 11 items )
This is our Corps Notes
section where we will present our notes taken from numerous Corps
meetings. These notes will be based on our best recollections from these
meetings.
These notes will be
written in an unslanted way. It is not our objective to skew the notes or
present them in a way that deliberately portrays The Way and its trustees in a
bad light. We believe that you should be allowed draw your own conclusions.
These notes will be as
accurate as we can make them, but our recollections are not perfect on all
these issues. We believe however, that the substance of the notes will be
essentially accurate even if we get some slight details wrong.
These are our personal
notes from the weekly Corps meetings. They are very limited in their content.
As Martindale usually
talks non stop for hours during these meetings, these notes were only intended
to trigger my memory back to that subject being discussed.
These notes in no way
represent all that he said. These notes do not convey the manner (and many
times anger and outright fury) with which some of these topics were presented.
A typical Corps Morning
is two to three hours long. It begins at 9 AM each Wednesday morning in the
Prevailing Word Auditorium at TWI HQ and is attended by all the Way Corps
serving at TWI HQ. Telephone hookups are mandatory for the "field"
corps. These hookups to the meeting are normally played back at night time so
that the "field" Corps can continue their secular work.
Corps Morning usually
begins with the Associate Corps Director - Rico Magnelli, doing a review of the
previous week, and then reading a list of Way Corps Status Changes (people who
have "lost their salt" and have been dropped from the ranks).
Way Productions will
usually play some music. Occasionally that music will feature songs that are
not heard by the general Way follower audience.
The song "Wash My
Feet in the Blood of the Wicked" is very popular and usually receives
uproarious applause. This song features lyrics about God's enemies being killed
(those who have "lost their salt"). During the performance of
this song by Mike Martin and the Singing Ladies, a large blood red backdrop is
displayed on the stage.
This song was going to be
played at a Way Sunday Service, but martindale was advised against it. It has
therefore only been performed for selected addiences.
It has been played for the Way Corps on a few occasions and it was played
once at the Advanced Class special in Dallas
Texas which about 2800 advanced
class graduated attended.
