  3. I can only let you know what i had experienced, In the late 80's, there was a split, Gartmoor went one way WIGB and TWI went another, we ourselves were only a part of TWI, we had the leadership tapes and were told not to have anything to do with the Gartmoor crowd, as far as i know there is no Gartmoor anymore, gartmoor was sold off, and no-one knows where the money went, I do know the way international tried to win court cases to get the money from the sale of gartmoor but lost and didnt recieve a penny, but i do know that TWI is still up and running here in the UK, the headquarters are in Southampton, and is being run by, reese miller and grace, they run it for the way international in new knoxville, also bob moyihan is involved there also as he was seen there at a meeting one weekend when they were trying to recruit old way believers. I didnt attend but a very good friend of mine did he went just to see what was going on. this is all i know for the moment.

Hi all, this should be a great site, there is a lot going on in Europe right now, I am Marypoppins and my husband is powerfilled we live in the south west of the united kingdom, we have a great website so click my name and check us out, Hi Twinky, great name, you sure do purrrrrrrrrrrrrrr like a ***** cat...........LOL. Thanks for putting us forward to join the Euro forum. Yes it really was a great weekend,. shame WC was in a tent he didnt stay in a tent when he stayed with us, he was part of our family, and we had a fantastic time, everyday after lunch he would open the Word to us at our request, and shared God's Word with such heart and Love. I now look at the book of Philemon soooooooooo much more different i read it with the heart it was written with. Most people just go to Timothy and Titus but there is sooooooooooooooooo much more heart in Philemon, and this is expected of the leadership today, and for sure it shines in WC. What a powerful teacher he is. Are there anymore peeps out there from the United Kingdom. Would love to hear from you. Thanks Paw, great to see a site for the European people/believers Ok lets party Mine is a Guiness pint please..........

    introduction

Hi Protint Welcome to greasespot's its a great place to hang out,
  10. I think there is more to this and by the way its not the goverment that reimburses its us, THE TAX PAYER. Now it all starts to make sense.
  11. Outofdafog I guess nothing is unbelievable any more, this guy actually trains potential foster parents, I dont even think suspended from his job is enough. If only they realised what they do mentally to these children, not taking into account the physical abuse, I watched a true story the other night called Mockingbird wont sing, it was so sad, about a little girl that had been abused by her dad and how the system truly messed her up. They think they do good, but boy the whole system needs a good shake. They get so involved in giving the child a number and then get bogged down with paper work, they cant even put a face to the number. So many get over looked, but there again so many are being abused. The world is truly waxing worse and worse.
  12. Very Clever Rhino, you are good at this I am having a guess at your pic's Serial MOM..... LOL i cant think of anything else right now. :)
  13. Well Done George it sure was Trading Places
  14. OHHH it was Jurassic Park, We have just finished fellowship, so i will post a new one before i go to bed, within the next hour, That was a pure guess, :)
  15. ???? must be a american thing, we dont have a Sam's Club :) If its a womans shop, here in UK, we wouldnt buy tyres in it LOL
  16. Shell This is just my opinion, Few years ago my daughter wanted to learn to play clarenet, She was also offered to hire one from the school, but her auntie who is a musician, and plays many instruments, advised us to buy a new one. To be honest there really wasnt that much difference in price, and obviously if its new and you keep the reciept, if your daughter does decide to give it up, you can sell it on. I think its great when kids take a interest in music, and i know you might wanna buy a shed for the bottom of the garden to........ then when shes learning she can go play far far away. LOL Also ear muffs come in handy, for the first few weeks.
  17. Hills bro We also get 24 here in the UK, they are showing the 4th series right now. But myself and my son went halves each last october and bought the 4th series as soon as it came out on DVD. I cant stand waiting, as it always ends on a crucial moment, and leaves you guessing. It is a awesome show, and have really great actors, i dont think any of them play a bad part. Wont let you know what happens that would be cruel, but all the other 3 series were great also. Well worth collecting them. I also enjoy CSI....... crime scene investigation, not as good as 24 but still very enjoyable.
  18. Evan the finished article looked great, I believe you had a great day, Fill us in on the details :)
  19. You really did think to long and hard on this one, i thought you had been abducted by aliens.....LOL I see a park, so jurassic park, but not sure how i got jurassic. You did really well this time RAF, i bet it is easy I just cant see it

    Marriage

OHHH BOY................Wayfer Not What a sweet way of putting it, i wanted to quote you on all of it LOL Quote: It gives perfect examples of men who thought they were doing their duty by telling their wives they loved them each day. But the wife's love language was physical touch. Him touching her and all the good stuff that goes with it showed love to her. For another woman, it could be him taking out the trash every day without reminder. For others, it could be her telling him what a great job he does maintaining the cars. It could be her going golfing with him because he loves golf and loves to do it with the woman he loves. This is it in a nutshell, its all different for different people, that book sounds great, thanks for letting us know about it..... even with 18 years of marriage, i am still prepared to change for the better, i will look for that book, do you know the author? The Five Love Languages: How to Express Heartfelt Commitment to Your Mate (Paperback) by Gary Chapman "At 30,000 feet, somewhere between Buffalo and Dallas, he put his magazine in his seat pocket, turned in my direction, and asked, "What kind of work do you do"? OK i found it and i was able to read the first few pages, it looks great and only $6.95 http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/1881273156...441#reader-page
  21. All I can truly add, is like many others, twi was hurting me and my family, I think it's within a mothers nature to protect her family, It's our job.. Your children are at a very understanding age, and in my opinion old enough to understand your heart. But it must be a joint decision, Praying about the situation, and letting God move. I had the same experience as you... I left first, but my children were young and never went to fellowship with out myself or husband. So not quite so independant as your children. Many things brought me to this point, like you it didn't happen over night, we were taught if we left the confines of twi God would leave us................................. What a load of rubbish. It was a fear trip and the adversary is the author of FEAR. False Evidence Appearing Real. We are followers are the Lord Jesus Christ, not a Ministry. I first shared my heart with GOD, and then my Husband, like you the people we fellowshipped with were Lovely People, beautiful hearts, being hurt, unsure what was going on, but knowing things were changing. I can only talk of my situation and now 10years later how things have changed for us, We missed the fellowship very much, and started to run family fellowships, for family and close friends, but obviously God had more instore, We held forth his word to all that wanted to hear, we have no ministry, just home fellowships, loving people, helping people, and encouraging them, when they feel ready we help them to run there own fellowships, we live as a extended family, breaking bread at least once a week, we hire a hall and have large fellowships, with different teachers, we are there for each other, and what a sweet time of fellowship it is. I still needed God in my life, and so did my Husband and children. I personnally don't like running people down, None of us are perfect and we all make mistakes, but i wont have my family hurt, i have a big heart for God and his family, and still miss the old days, the sweet time of fellowship we had, and miss alot of the old friends that left twi and left God to. But that is everyones choice, I never blame anyone for what went on, sometimes i blame myself for being so naive, but i am thankful to God for giving us the strength to turn a bad situation into something so beautiful and loving, Gone is the legalistic, judgemental, self rightousness, and with open arms we welcomed, humbleness, meekness, and strength. Our home doors are open to anyone that wants to know God and be apart of God's Family. We would never turn anyone away that has a desire to know God. Myself and Husband will pray for you and your family, that God will lay on your heart the best way to handle your situation, and if there is anything we can do for you let RAF know and i will give him my email to give to you Love your sister-in-christ from over the water. Kim xxx God Bless You
  22. I Felt sick to reading this, i started this topic, and thought that what i was reading on the first issue, with the 3 year old little girl was rare, but iam disgusted that the stories get ~worse~. Whether you are liberal, conservative, or labour, (UK) should make no difference to the true punishment to these sick people. Does anyone know the true percentage of offenders that have treatment, not reoffending again??? I really dont believe the percentage is that high. This is unbelievable that these people may walk free in 6 months. Quote Jonny lingo I say cut their nuts off, make 'em suffer and then shoot them between the eyes and bury them. But maybe, like the Brits did back in the 1800's (the brutes!), hang their decomposing bodies in a public place for all to see as a warning, like they did to Captain Kidd the pirate at the mouth of the Thames! How many after knowing the kinda punishment they would get, would continue.
