  1. Found. David Eldeen. He's in Colorado. Found. Claudia Nathe. She's in Florida. Still looking for Robert MacIntosh, the Hapnees, BJ Heany (Not sure on spellings) Alison Whitley. (She still owes me money which I doubt I will ever see.)
  2. Not sure if anyone actually visits this site anymore, but I thought I'd another update. I am now a professional writer with my first book, 'Winter Awakening' coming out in early 2011. I'm in several anthologies during 2010 and might be in more come 2011. Still waiting to hear back from editors.
  3. Add to the list Todd Smith. Last I heard he was returning to Seattle. .
  4. Yes, The Way was pretty good sized. I think I was around at about the time it reached its max before CLM went off on his rampage. I'm very thankful I missed all that since I was gone by then. I did tend to keep to myself alot. I even lived by myself for awhile which was frowned on. I have found a few folks. One was back in Oregon and another I traced from MA to KS to FL. Others I'm not sure where to even start looking. They are listed under the MA heading. My thanks to the two who responded. The person I was back then seems to almost belong to another person. I'm very different now. God Bless!
  5. If anyone is looking for Dana Bell, I am safe and well in Colorado. I originally joined the way in Portland, OR, then was a WOW and stayed in Boston, MA for about six years. (1982-1989) I dropped out of The Way in 1987. I'm guessing since I was such a mouse, that no one really remembers me or else folks assume I got married and changed my name. Surprise! I kept my maiden name. God Bless!
  6. I've been off this site for a time. I do remember Shelley Green and Rob Fontaine. In fact, I think I have a picture of Shelley somewhere.
  7. Am adding to the list Jill Allen - who I know was engaged to be married. Correction to a couple of names since I found my Way stuff - finally Robert (Bob) MacIntosh BJ Heaney ( still not sure on the spelling of the last name) I put in GJ. David and Jeanie's last name started with an S, and was foreign sounding
  8. Hi Steveo, Actually, I do remember Bema Bound. Or at least the name. I spent most of my time in Boston unless there was an activity elsewhere and we could find a ride. Searched the house last night for the few things I kept from my Way years. I moved them and forgot where I put them. Easy to do when you've lived in a house for almost ten years. I'm relieved I didn't throw them out. I wanted to cry when I thought I had. Thanks for replying and adding me to your friend list. When I get back from the Christian Writer's Conference next week, I'll see what I can do about my profile. While we're home all my efforts have to be focused on getting ready to go and printing off sample chapters. To say I'm a bit stressed is an understatement since I also have to work for part of the week.
  9. Hi! Welcome to the Greasesopt Forums!

  10. Hi Steveo, You don't look familiar, but it has been over 20 years and people do change. Tom Burke was the Limb Cordinator when I was there. I was a WOW during 1982/83. He put out a cassette, which I still have, called Many Ways. He did alot of funny songs. (I can't say the same for VP's books - I threw them all out.) Not sure if I can put the pictures up without my husband's help. His computer has all the bells and whistles. He thinks my searching for old friends from The Way as a stupid waste of time. I did find one in Florida this week and will be sending her a letter. I found another in Oregon and heard back at least once. That was all I was really hoping for. To know they were okay and happy with their lives. Putting Ghosts to rest, I guess you'd say. Thanks for replying.
  11. I'm looking for anyone who would have been in Mass for 1982 - 1987. People I remember] Tom Burke (I still have his cassette of songs) David Eldeen - I heard he married. (sp? last name) Robert (Bob) McIntosh Alison Whitley (she still owes me money) John and Lillian Hapnee (sp?last name) GJ Heaney (sp?last name) Annie - whose last name I can't remember Jeanie and Dave, married and lived in Maine
  12. I was in the Boston Metro area from 1982 to 1989, though I left The Way in 1987. Does anyone know what happened to Bob McIntosh, David Eldeen, Alison Whitley, BJ Heaney, or John & Lillian Hapnee? Also, Tom Burke and his wife? Some of the names I'm not sure on the spelling of the last name. Does anyone remember me? Dana Bell? I knew alot of people, have pictures of many, and can't for the life of me remember their names!
