Which couldn't have been an easy task since that check was now attached to a (signed) green registration card, along with six others just like it, paperclipped to a blue form, and sitting in an envelope, in the local post office on it's way to a P.O.Box in Ohio!

My only claim to anything remotely musical is my attachment to the violin referenced in "Touch of the Master's Hand"......................hence, I am neither Frederich nor Ruth Rott. Dear Rocky, I get the sense that you are back home early this evening from your daily ritual of door-to-door witnessing. I had the singularly significant distinction of going Lightbearers to Des Moines, Iowa my first year in the Corps. It was actually LightBearers (the sequel), second time around. Your keen sense in choosing that town can only lead me to conclude that your "spiritual eyesight " is still as keen as it was in your younger days as a "Tracker". Have you been talking with Simon Zealotes?

And if any of you were taking notes at "Sound Out '84" , you would have your telescopes pointed skyward looking for a "massing of Planets", or a "triple conjunction"...like the rest of us..... to see a heliacal rising over the Port of Honolulu as we await this blessed event. My darling 9th Corps Brothers and Sisters, Apparently I wasn't as clear as I could have been about my reference to DB in my last post. I referred to him as the 9th Corps Austin Powers, not only because he is an "International Man of the Mystery" , but also because at that top secret meeting at "Sound Out '84" he used his powers for good and had our dear friend Lisa cryogenically frozen. While the rest of us have been beset with the effects of the ravages of time, she has remained the beautiful and exotic "Fembot" that she always was. In other words, she still looks 22!! Alas, we will have to wait until the return for our new bodies, she still has hers! And yes my darlings, she will be a fantastic mother!! Love, 16 keys

I wanted to send a big hug to DB, the fabulous Englishman from Nashville, visiting Florida with our 7th Corps brother, Igotout. DB was the original Austin Powers of the 9th Corps! I've still got a great picture that Lisa Io--o and I took with him from Sound Out '84. Speaking of the lovely Italian lass, you will all be thrilled to know that she and her husband are due with a baby very soon!!!! And she still is as wonderful as you remember her! Love, 16 keys

Dear 9th Corps Brothers and Sisters, I think I detect a significant link to my ancient past. It was a quiet, early summer evening in the town of Roswell as my hitchhiking partner and I strolled the streets in a reflective state anticipating our journey back to Emporia. He turned to me and simply said "I thirst"....(more specifically, I could really go for a beer). I am, hereby, witness to the power of the spoken Word when uttered on lips of believing. Moments later we approached a streetcorner. A white four door sedan slowly turned the corner and as they passed us a large paper bag fell from the back of their car to the street below. We looked at each other, looked both ways before we crossed, and retrieved our intended parcel. If you are my Leadership, Education, Adventure, and Direction partner, you will know very well what was in that bag. You will also be privy to my secret identity (and I don't mean the Christ in me the Hope of Glory...cause that ain't no secret, baby) Son of the Master....COME FORTH!!!!!!!
