  1. I would like to be in your cult. Can we meet at the GSC. I was brainwashed for 10 years, by TWI so I know all about cults.
  2. OS, coming to the GSC has helped me understand why I left TWI. I got out in 1988, and never looked back. I enjoyed most of my time in, but always felt that something was off. If I had known all the dreck that happened in Way World, I would of left sooner.
  3. I have seen posts that say the same things, or worse, about her. I heard WPW teach several times, and I thought he was boring!! I think one of the best teachers I ever heard teach was Ralph D. What a great teacher he was. Funny, but sharp!! I thought he should of been appointed the head of TWI, when VPW died, instead of Craig. I know he was badly treated by the BOT, but they were a--holes, and he wasn't. From what I understand he lives/lived in Massachusetts. I wish him a long, and happy life.
  4. I have never met RR, and have never her teach The Word. But, I notice that few people have anything kind to say about her. If I was her age, I would retire, and enjoy my remaining years. But I guess the thought of giving up power frightens her.
  5. How sad to hear that! WP back in the 70's, and 80's were great to watch, and listen too. A lot of talented people were in WP years ago.
  6. Why would he want to work for TWI, if he has a degree in Pharmacy?
  7. Kit, you are so right!! So much, S--t was done in the dark, than when it came to the light, so many of us in our individual Twigs had no idea, of what was really happening in Way World. Personally, if I had known how corrupt TWI really was, I would have left much sooner than I did. I left in 1988, and I am finding out just now, about so much of the garbage that went on when I was in. But I think things got worse after I left, if that was possible.
  8. Allan, thank God you and your wife got out. From what I have read here at the GSC, many couples paid a huge price, in so many different ways, for staying in.
  9. Wow!!! I didn't know that!!! I thought she had retired from TWI. My guess is she likes being in control of people, and the money. Especially the money. Thanks Skyrider for the information!
  10. I know RR retired on New Year's Day, but does anyone know where she is these days, and what she is doing? Did she take Donna with her? Nosy people want to know.
  11. Thanks! I am trying to figure out how to do that. I love these "conversations" we have!
  12. Broken Arrow, you are so right!! I never realized how morally bankrupt so many of the leaders in TWI were, until I came to the GSC. I had no idea of how rampant the abuse of women was, nor did I have any idea of how many of us were being exploited. I can assure you, it was never talked about, or discussed in any of the Twigs I attended, and I attended a number of them. I had no inkling of how corrupt TWI was, until I came to the GSC. But in all honesty, I met some wonderful people in TWI, and had some great times. But, even when I was in, I had the sense that things were not right. I wish I had left sooner than I did, but I was young and dumb.
  13. Yes, he is. Same S--t, just a different place.
  14. Yes, they are! Sometimes the Internet can be a good source of information. Nowadays, people can read about TWI, on the 'Net. 40 years ago, I had no idea of how evil it was, and probably still is. VPW would have hated the Internet; his evilness would have been exposed to the world. People would have left much sooner than they did if they had known about his lust, and greed.
  15. I thought he had gotten better. I have never met him, but so many people who know him dislike him. I can not understand why he was allowed to bring guns to various functions. I spent 10 years in TWI, and I never saw anyone bring a gun to a meeting. Why would anyone do this??!!
  16. Wow!!!! I have never, ever read anything like that before!!! I don't think I would ever have forgiven my family if they had done that to me. My family didn't like TWI, but they figured it was my life, and I was free to live it anyway I wanted too. Thanks for sharing this!!
  17. Yes, that is true. If VPW was alive today, I think his azz would be in prison. I don't know what the worse prison in the country is, but Victor Bernard would be his cell mate. Creeps!!
  18. The Navy sent me to Italy; that's how I got out. Thank God for the Navy!!
  19. It is to me!! Some of the posts are funny, some of the posts make me cry, but most of the posts make me think. If I had known 40 years ago, what I know now about TWI, I would never have gotten involved with it. I never knew the sickening, and shameful things that TWI did, until I came to the GSC. I knew things in Way World smelled like dung, but I didn't know why until I came here. Many of the top leadership were so prevented, and twisted that I now feel, I didn't know them at all. How sick so many of them were. If I had only known all this, I would have left years earlier.
  20. No, I am still learning how to find the threads. I'm sure I will find it in time.
