Thanks for all of your prayers and support! The court ruled in our favor! MN's rights were TERMINATED and we won!

I am still trying to get B.A.T.E.S. Law passsed: www.bateslaw.blogspot.com This whole thing has cost us over $80,000 in legal fees- all because of FALSE ACCUSATIONS! But, money is money....we won and the children are safe and that is all that matters!

Thanks for letting us know, Lisa. I am sure that the amount of time and energy spent on this must have been horrendous. But i think you have established a precedent that can help many other families stay safe from abusive exes.

We HATE it when we see victims of child abuse and I would love to add some names to a petition, if that's the best way to handle it.

Any other suggestions??
