"I've Never Been to Spain"  Actually then, just "Never Been To Spain" although ~Three Dog Night~ does sing those words in the song.

I bet most people in Spain know this song!

Have any of our players here been to Spain?  Just wondered.  I just read something about banning bullfighting in Columbia. I hope they decide to stop that senseless spectacle.  I think that would be a good thing.

"You know I can be found sitting home all alone.
If you can't come around, at least please telephone."

The next line is the title.  Here's the next verse:

"Baby, if I made you mad for something I might have said.
Please, let's forget my past; the future looks bright ahead."

George (Thank ya very much.)

First lines sound familiar.  Seems like a slow or love song to me.  I'm leaning towards a Mac Davis song.  I'd Love You to Want Me?

Actually, it's rock-a-billy.  It's possible Mac Davis did a cover, but he's definitely not whom I'd associate with the song.

("Thank ya very much" was meant as a clue.)

Huh, a song by Andy Kaufman.  I thought he only sang the "Tarzan Song"?  I'm sure that I've heard this George but the words just seem kind of vague to me.

Oh, that thank ya very much.  I get it now.

First line:

Here come Johnny singing oldies, goldies
Be-Bop-A-Lula, Baby What I Say

I passed by a bookstore last week. In the window, as has been the custom recently, they had several vinyl records displayed for sale.  One that had been added last week was Dire Straits' "Brothers In Arms."

The answer this round was "WALK OF LIFE,"  2nd hit single off of Dire Straits' "Brothers in Arms."  (IIRC, also the last hit single off of that album.
