This must be an easy test. Not being an American, I know bug*er all about US politics. But this was my score:

I didn't think it was an easy test. I got 93% but I minored in American History, event though that was 40 years ago I like reading stuff about America and its history. Fascinating to me.

Actually, he could. The Constitution does not require nine Supreme Court justices.
