The guy was known to proudly wear his "the man of God" bracelet. The guy who plagiarized his way thru life with pompous fanfare. The guy who had a motorcoach, a bodyguard and a predatory disposition. Victor Barnard was a Corps grad. Look where that corps training took him. Yeah.....THAT corps training that focused on discipline and strict obedience.
