No, no, no.....you just need to keep getting to twig and faithfully abs.

In other words....We know better than you, now EAT YOUR PEAS.

Once you've come to the twi-table.....now THEY tell you what's best for you.

Are they interested in your life? your background? your challenges? your goals?

NOPE.....but they will tell you what to do.

See......they claim to have "the word" and that claim trumps all else.

So, sit down and stop whining.
