It won't help me but are these characters or actors Raf.

Those are characters.

Robin Weathers

John Bender

Alec Newbary

JUDD NELSON.

Robin "Stormy" Weathers is the lawyer in "From the Hip."

John Bender is the tough kid in "the Breakfast Club." (Or "the Club of the Five"

if I catch it on TCM here. Can you believe 80s movies now qualify as classics?)

Bond. James Bond.

Yes.

David Niven in the original "Casino Royale"

Correct- as an older Bond called out of retirement.

George Lazenby in "Her Majesty's Secret Service"

"ON Her Majesty's Secret Service", but otherwise correct.

Timothy Dalton in a few Bond flicks.

"The Living Daylights" and "License to Kill" makes 2 movies.

That means he made one more James Bond flick than George Lazenby!

Eric Allan Kramer

Phil Harris (voice)

Oddly enough, both Mel Blanc and Alan Hale Sr played the same role

opposite the exact same live actor!

Jonathan Frakes (technically)

Gordon Kennedy

Alan Hale Sr, in fact, played the same role opposite 3 different

actors, including Douglas Fairbanks, and John Derek

(not counting the most famous, which he shared, technically,

with Mel Blanc, where the actor's appearance was a cameo.)

Since the answer isn't Will Riker, I assume the J. Frakes role was one he had in a holodeck episode.

Right series, wrong episodes.

That should narrow it down to one episode, if not the exact role in the episode.

He was a Musketeer in one of Barclay's programs, but I don't remember which one.

George

"Hollow Pursuits", I think, was Barclay's "holodiction" episode.

Little John

Yes, it's Little John.

The only episode where Frakes played another character of note that was

NOT on the holodeck was when Q made a Robin Hood episode. (Q-pid.)

George once noted that Alan Hale Sr played Little John alongside

Erroll Flynn's Robin Hood. (He also played it alongside Fairbanks and Derek.)

Mel Blanc did, too. "Don't you worry, never fear-Robin Hood will soon be here."

"There he is now!" "Welcome to Sherwood!"

Phil Harris did the bear's voice in the Disney classic.

Nick Brimble was in Prince of Thieves,

Eric Allan Kramer was in Men in Tights.

(And so on.)
