  1. I just saw this Sharon. I have not logged in quite awhile. To keep off drugs and alochol I have to talk to people and A. A. meetings really help.

Praying and hope you are where you need to be!

  2. Here is an awesome prosperity prayer that might help.

    Prayer Treatment for Unexpected Income

I believe that God is the source of all supply, and Money is God in action, and should be used for good.

I believe that My good is now freely flowing to me so bountifully I cannot use it all, and I have an abundance to spare and to share, today, and and always.

    I am expecting “Unexpected Income!”

I believe I am worthy and deserving of this good.

All channels of financial supply are now open to me and I am richly, bountifully and beautifully prospered in every good way.

I believe true Prosperity includes the demonstration of right living conditions, right activity and right kinds of happiness.

This word that I speak in faith, believing, now activates the law of increased universal good for me, and I am open to receive my good.

I surrender my little will into the “Will of God “ and allow the highest and best out picturing of my good I now have, and I bless the increase.

I am grateful in advance! I bless all the good I now have, and I bless the increase.

I freely give of my money, my time, my talent, and myself. I know that giving to others from my heart keeps the channel of good open for me.

This is so now! I am grateful. Thank-you God!

(For best results, use this prayer treatment twice a day for thirty days or more.)

  3. It's always good to have the realization that the people who you interact every day with love and appreciate you and to give them the priority.I've been thinking about not checking in anymore.

There are boxes to unpack, dinners to cook, mediating and stress relief that would be healthy, and maybe it's just time to unplug for awhile.

When I get on my pity pot and get tired of feeling miserable a quote by Abraham Lincoln seems to sooth me: People are as a happy as they make up their minds to be.Another thing that helps me is I get out my Louise Hay "Power Cards" and look through them. They are brightly colored affirmation cards and they help inspire me out of my negative thinking. There are a whole bunch of affirmation cards available today. When I remember I have a spiritual tool kit for the mood swings and irritablity I feel and use it, my misery is short lived.

  4. David you never did say you were going to come for sure. As for our differences, they simply are.

For two years Oak was able to come to Omaha with me while I worked a very intense trade show. This year he had to work on his day off because his boss had something he needed to do and it became something we laughed about in the sense of "I didn't know I had to ask for my day off!"

We had a wonderful time and it did teach me the beauty of acceptance and focusing on what is instead of what isn't.

    :D

  5. Instead of crying about "lost" letters and gospels,...
If you were addressing me, I'm not crying about anything. B)
why not try dealing with what we have and seeing how that fits.
I see no reason to make it "fit". In my opinion, the "canon of scripture" is a collection of books, some of which may be divinely inspired, some not. making it all fit together is an exercise that I choose not to indulge in
I've heard much talk about lost books, but most of those were eliminated based on the fact their authors could not demonstrate they had been appointed by Christ.
There were many reasons why books were eliminated. A major reason was that the theology of the eliminated (not all were "lost", some still exist) books did not fit the theology of the dominant faction.
  6. Donner, it was such a pleasure to have you share in our special day!!! I agree with you whole heartedly about Oakspear's Mom and Dad!!! They have are wonderful and such great company!!! I feel very blessed to have such a wonderful husband and in-laws!

I'm glad you got to meet our children and our friends. Things were so hectic this time you were in town. If you can come out again we could plan more time together if that works out for you.

By the way the "roast beef" was actually slow cooked prime rib sliced up thin by the smoke house manager at the grocery store where Oak works!
