  1. Hi you guys. It's me, Pat. I'm OK. Back on GreaseSpot with a different name, and a different life. All is well. Thanks for the prayers.

    Hi Pat,

    You probably wouldn't remember me but I do think of you often. Glad to hear you are well. Did you re-connect with Anna?

  2. O Lord my God, When I in awesome wonder,

    Consider all the worlds Thy Hands have made;

    I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder,

    Thy power throughout the universe displayed.

    Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,

    How great Thou art, How great Thou art.

    Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,

    How great Thou art, How great Thou art!

    When through the woods, and forest glades I wander,

    And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees.

    When I look down, from lofty mountain grandeur

    And see the brook, and feel the gentle breeze.

    Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,

    How great Thou art, How great Thou art.

    Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,

    How great Thou art, How great Thou art!

    And when I think, that God, His Son not sparing;

    Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in;

    That on the Cross, my burden gladly bearing,

    He bled and died to take away my sin.

    Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,

    How great Thou art, How great Thou art.

    Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,

    How great Thou art, How great Thou art!

    When Christ shall come, with shout of acclamation,

    And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart.

    Then I shall bow, in humble adoration,

    And then proclaim: "My God, how great Thou art!"

    Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,

    How great Thou art, How great Thou art.

    Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,

    How great Thou art, How great Thou art!

    Some of my earliest memories are of the most beautiful, faithful woman to walk on this earth singing this song and songs like it. She had an angelic voice that filled the churches she sang in. When she sang the chorus, the places were always silent, even babies stopped crying.

    She died last night around 2 am after an extended illness

    RIP Mother

    I am so sorry. There is nothing more heartbreaking. thank god for Christ's return. I love that song too. I sing it with all my heart.

  3. David and Tannis had a fabulous way about them. They had their hands full with # of children and still made you feel like you were a most welcome guest. I have the image of their children as little ones. I'll bet they are absolutely tremendous children like their parents.

    The news about David is tragic. His heart and life lives abundantly in my memory and I haven't even seen them for years. Tannis is incredible.

    Don't know what to say except that your life and David's blessed us so much.
