The person I mentioned is in the military and has an office in the pentagon. The person was brought up in TWI and is a PFL grad. He/she has been around here for years and use to post often.
I only mentioned it because you never know these days who may decide what is important to look into for whatever reason. Homeland security you know.

I know for a FACT that someone in the "PENTAGON" in Washington lurkes here. Maybe GWB and his band are tuned in to the political forum.

Belle
Thanks, you are a sweetheart.
FIFTH – As kids we’re taught to appologize when we’re wrong. I gladly apologize when I’m wrong – just did this morning, as a matter of fact. Did our parents just make that up, or is it some Biblical principle? -
I was simply asking if Paw posts under another name so he could be more open with his comments. I was not asking who he really is as I already know his name from many years ago.
Back in the early GS at ez-boards you didn't have to be a member of a group you could post in many differant groups using the same name or create a differant, more appropreate name for each if you wished. I posted in many groups with a name that was appropreate for the group. A name like "Bless-You" just wouldn't fit in an outlaw bikers group. I would sometimes forget to log out from one group and post under that name at GS, therefore having more that one name at GS.
Unfortunately after posting under my regular GS and WayDale name I was found out by a number of friends who only "lurk" and they made it a point to embaress me for my thoughts so I changed my name. It didn't take long before I was found out again. I never said anything about anyone else, I just told my feelings obout what TWI did to me and those that know me know I do not express my feelings very well in person.
There are many "LURKERS" here both "IN" and "OUT" that I know who haven't the "BALL$" to express themselves here and I get tired of comments from them about what I say here so I started posting under Betty so I could have some privacy on certain subjects.
I am very sorry if I offended anyone here. :(

I have been around here since the early days of Waydale and GS Cafe and one thing has always had me curious.
What other name does Paw post under? I am sure that he must have another alias so he can rant and rave as we all do here without compromising his position as head chef. I have had my own idea as who that may be but I just can't figure it out for sure. I myself have had at least 6 differant names in the last 6 years here.
Let the guessing begin.

DON'T BOGART ME (DON'T BOGART THAT JOINT)
(Lyrics: Elliot Ingber / Music: Elliot Ingber)
Fraternity Of Man - 1969
Little Feat
Grateful Dead
Chorus:
Don't Bogart that joint my friend
Pass it over to me
Don't Bogart that joint my friend
Pass it over to me
Roll another one
Just like the other one
You've been hanging on to it
And I sure would like a hit
CHORUS
Ro-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-oll another one
Just like the other one
That one's just 'bout burned to the end
So come on and be a real friend
CHORUS

Doing tests for MYELOMA now.

All tests were negative for cancer but cause for the problem is still unknown.

During 2005, no money was held back from my pay for taxes, My total "tax withheld from Forms W-2 and 1099" was zero. But my EIC amount was $1340 minus my tax obligation and we are getting $837.
Just by filing our taxes, we made $837.
We kind of like filing our taxes, it earns us money.
I admit that generally most years in the past 30 years, we have maintained negative AGIs, this year we were not able to do that. We actually had a positive AGI this year, I goofed! and did not maintain enough tax-sheltering. But after a trip to the 'tax-tables' our tax would have been $503 for the year. But I just love that EIC.
LOL
Even with a positive AGI, we still got paid money for filing our taxes.
:)
I bet a lot of disabled people on SSI that just got an increase in their medicare premiums would be glad to hear that.

A long time G/S member may have cancer. I can't tell you who she/he is but if you believe in prayer I am sure it will find it's way to her/him. All test aren't in yet.

Don't forget to pay income tax on the sales.

Betty,
CoolChef was adapting an old Richard Pryor routine. Two men are urinating off the Golden Gate Bridge at night. One braggart says, "That water's COLD!!" The other says,"Yeah. And it's DEEP, too!!"
(Of course, maybe you knew that.) B)
George
I also know CoolChef personally and he has big feet.

Your not suppose to put your feet in it.

Sometimes it's just best to fade away and come back as someone else.

I can't even imagine what it would be like to loose my sweetheart of 30 years. My heart goes out to you.

I couldn't stand TWI from day one. My other half was sold out 100% so I went along for the ride and it was a rough one. I will admit that I made some lasting friends there but I also lost many old friends I had.
I DID NOT BELIEVE. I was tortured every time I went to TWIG. Finally my other half saw the light and we left.
I just could never understand how everyone was so sold out to TWI, still baffles me today. In 1975 - oufficially out in 1986.

Lesbianism
in Open
I personally know many lesbians and I have no problem with any of them being themselves. I don't look at them as differant in any way and if God does than I don't believe in that gawd, he is a false God.
Your friend can just as easily find God being a lesbian as she can being straight. Don't put a stumbling block in her way by pointing out the evils of lesbianism as taught by TWI or some twisted passage in the Bible.
JMHO - not a fact

I put small bars of soap in the puddles. Breaks down the surface tension of the water and the larvae can't float so they drown.
