Hey, lay off the JC Penny catalog! How many high school guys would have survived puberty without it?
Besides, the VC catalogs are much easier to hide under the mattress than Sears or Pennys. Plus, remember how you had to go to those impossible to read indexes in those huge catalogs, and half the time, you were on a time crunch looking up the lingerie section. At least that's what I heard.

Thanks, Al. I had no idea about Debra. We were in NC together also, while in the Corps.
You might tell David hello for me, and I'll be praying for him.

I was in the Corps with David. Was Debra his first wife, also in our corps, that died?
Will be praying for him.

The animal sex video is true. He showed it to the 7th Corps at Emporia in one of those late evening meetings, and as I recall, the college people were locked out of the room, since of course, you had to be spiritual to "handle it". I had no idea how much he must have used the video. He commented on how beautiful the women were, how the dog had more sense than the women as he didn't want any part of it, and how you could learn from the women by watching them. All the time drinking his Drambuie and smoking Kool shorts.
Very sick stuff.

My thoughts are with you at your time of loss as well. If there's one thing that I could share, it's that there is never a good time to lose a loved one.
Thoughts and prayers to you and your family.

What a very nice surprise!
This brings to mind so much of the fun times with TWI, such as birthdays in twig, etc, and the many kindness' that were extended to me over the years by believers.
I believe when I first joined Greasespot, I was searching for closure on some issues that still seemed to be adversely affecting my life due to my involvement with TWI. I also had a lot of anger because of the guilt I felt for leaving, not "standing", and as such expressed some pretty violent opinions on here.
So what I wished to say, as I approach the big "5-0" is that to anyone that I offended in word on this site, I am trully sorry. I've discovered that a major trigger in my life now is being treated or feeling as if I've been treated unjustly, which TWI has done to many.
I sense a great deal of kindness and caring remains in the remnants of people who held TWI so dear, yet had to leave to keep their principles intact.
Thank you all for the nice birthday greeting!
