it really never matters to me when or if my thoughts get posted

my thoughts are mine as well as all who post here

these are for the most part opinions

based in fact or not

entitled to those that post or leave them to be posted

my point is two-fold

when i "leave" a post, thought or opinion

is it at the board's discretion to place or hold

that post?

all of my posts are "monitered"

yet some may or can post freely

without restriction

to be placed in a "bubble" of restricted

is the same as saying "drown"

we will only let through what "we" want

this is greasespot's board

and i can and will respect that

please don't tie my mouth

or my heart

I hear what you're sayin'... I do...

And I'm no moderator, but I've had posts edited.

And I've even requested they be edited because I "stepped" in something I didn't mean to.

BUT...

The liability of this place is huge on the owner - Paw. If something is legally out of bounds, it would come back on him. If something is ethically out of bounds, then it would come back on, I feel, all of us.

I don't know if you ever visited some of those x-TWI sites that were out during the late 90's or early 00's... but some were horrid! They had the most uninviting atmosphere there I think I've ever seen on a forum - and I frequent many more than just this one. In fact, our rules here are actually a little looser than some others I visit.

I don't know about you - I can only speak for myself and my experience - but have you ever walked away from a post and thought "maybe I coulda done that a little better than I did?" I mean that sincerely - be honest.

And God Bless the poor schmucks that moderate and manage this place!

I have not been deleted or whatever they do to posts here, so I cant say how it feels , but maybe Im thinking they gave you a reason and you share your pain and hurt about being "moderated" (this is the internet eveerything is moderated by everyone! ) but not the reason why you got snipped.

maybe if you share why (but maybe you cant without it geting snipped i do nt know) I can understand better.

tell me without the reason you got moderated. like i talked about boys in a girls forum or something .
