Don't know if she would be considered famous, but Gloria Copeland (Kenneth Copeland's wife) took the PFAL class. They teach PFAL stuff with their own twist (ie: trinty, dead are alive, etc.)

GKevinK I've heard this guy Dr. Price teach also and you're right. Sometimes it sounds as if he were teaching right out of the books. This week he taught the 3 days and 3 nights that Jesus was in the grave before he rose up. He taught that Jesus died on Wednesday evening and got up on Saturday evening. The context on his teaching was word for word at times from the Jesus Christ Our Promised Seed book.

One thing that really galled me in the late 90's was that we could not go on vacation or even visit relatives 2 hours away without giving a thesis on where we were going, why we were going there, address and phone number where we would be. Our TC even wanted directions on how to get there. I really hated doing that and felt like it had nothing to do with my walk with God. It was supposed to be for our own good and safety but they could have just prayed for us if they knew we would be traveling. Or.........maybe trust that we knew how to pray to God and handle ourselves in believing. And if we felt like we really needed help we would ask for it.
