I hear that Rosalie recently instructed the Way Corps to do a better job screening new staff candidates. You see there's certain things you just can't ask people as an employer because of anti-discrimination laws. However, in The Way you can just ask someone else to do it for you. Since the Way Corps on the field (non-full timers) are not technically "legal agents" of the organization, they can and have been specifically asked to screen out people with chronical medical and health issues. It seems this is too taxing on the medical fund they utilize to cover "self-insure" as a company. It legal for them to do this, but it doesn't seem honest to me.
