I forgot to mention this is that Italian Cheese Cake. Not to be confused with cheesecake. It's the single greatest dessert I've ever tasted. It's the only time in my life I can remember a thin slice being enough of a taste of cake. That was what Suda treated us to after a delightful lunch of vegetarian lasagne, bread with cheese and sauce, and creamed spinach. Truly another fine hostess with the mostest.
