The spelling on the first name may be "Cody" instead of "Kody". For many years in the early 1990's, Cody or Kody was the best friend of my son named Brett in N. CA. Cody was sent by TWI to Maine in approximately 1995 or so. It is unknown if Cody or Kody is still in TWI or not. Therefore it is also unknown if he stayed in Maine, returned to CA or might be elsewhere by now?
