I think the concept should be out lawed. but and yet consider how then would the rich find a tax write off donating to charity hmmm? get it? donations are a tax exempt remember? makes one think doesnt it? as long as you can claim a half million goes to charity this year and it is not counted as a taxable income and written off then would you really care what the little dog houses are made of what material?
