I did it...but my weight has changed a lot since the heart attack and heart failure...I have lost 16 pounds - 34 since February.

I have been allowing myself pizza (1-2 pieces 1x a month) otherwise, I am living by the DASH diet,; it is predominately like the Mediterranean diet. It has been very good...I am not ever hungry. (cept when I am supposed to be)

Mediterraneaon diet is pretty good for you.

But just wondering...

Is candy corn on that diet? :)
