The plot is basically that a 51 year old guy who is successful in business but thought of as being old fashioned gets demoted and replaced by a 26 year old guy who knows nothing about the business but is full of ambition. That's about all I can say, except that it's an interesting look at balancing business and family life. In particular, I liked the ending. It wasn't your typical sappy Hollywood ending.
