    Hi I am Adam Hirschfeld's mother, I want to set things straight. Adam did not purposely try to take people's money without a plan. the believers who invested in the oil and gas wells repeatedly ask to be able to be involved. They were told exactly what they were investing in.       Dear Sheilamom - my heart totally goes out to you, his wife and children. If there was no intent to fraud or deceive, then there should be good cause for appeal. I know one who was a customer of Adam's. He explained that it had to do with being in Forex or gas / oil wells, and not being notified of being switched to / from (as you said, more of a documentation issue).
