    Subject: Ellen crossed over

Jim's lovely wife, Ellen Martin, has gone be with God. She passed at 1:45 p.m.

CST today. She crossed over as her husband assured her he'd see her again. He

lovingly told her there would be no more pain and no more sickness and they'd

someday be together again forever. She was loved and adored by her husband, her

brother Richard, her sister, her service dog Brandy, and the many who knew her.

Funeral arrangements in New York are being made. Arrangements will be

announced. For those who wish to contact Jim, please email me directly and I

will let you know how to do that.

Thank you for your thoughts, prayers, and loving emails. Your support has meant

    everything to Jim.

    love,

    Robi

    She will be missed.

  2. After talking to Jim I realized we might want to look at a fund raiser for medical expenses. From what I gathered they are pushing $25,000 for the hospital so far. I didn't talk to Jim about this.

Let's see what we can do.

  3. Hi folks I'm sorry I haven't posted any info, I don't know why but my life all the sudden got busy. I've been running around dazed and confused working, and working, preparing to go down to texas and help Jim if I need to.

Ellen is going to be taking some heavy MS meds tonight, so Jim will not be sleeping again tonight. If you want to call Jim at the Hospital I have the room number. Email me and I'll send you the number.

  4. Hey I just got off the phone with Jim at the hospital, I don't have time to update everything. He did say if anyone wanted to come down to TX he could use all the help he can get. HE gave me the go ahead to give folks the phone number at the hospital, just email me and ask I'll send it to you.

Ellen is talking and doing better, tomorrow they are giving her some heavy meds for the MS so let's be praying for that.

  5. Wait, wait, WAIT! What if they did a "love" offering to pay for the commercial. What would be just like them. They did it to raise money for the WOW (excuse me) Prevailing Word Auditorium. I think they had an offering for opening Gunnison too?

    I'm thinking to much,

  6. In defence of my treatment of new people posting ideas that don't fit with mine.

Usually it is because they are propossing to continue their cult-like activities here and are asking for my blessing. I respond to that person like I would an alcoholic who wants to stop but keeps doing it. Cultic groups want to control your behaviour your information your time and your environment. I left that stuff, I'm not supportive of it, and reality hurts.

Pain is good pain is healthy, but cults don't cause pain they cause suffering. Suffering is pain that keeps occuring and even after you know how to stop it you keep causing it. Continuing to live in the old TWI style is painful, it is by it's very nature isolationist.

There is a spiritual axiom: Pain is the touchstone of all spiritual growth.

The reason one won't grow when they are in pain is because it's not pain it's suffering. First we must realize we are suffering, then we will see the source of our suffering. Once we know the source we can stop the suffering, at the point in which we stop the suffering, then the true path to the end of suffering will become clear. Diagnosis, Prescription, Treatment, Cure (or Health).

That's all I'm saying on that.

  9. Mr. Anderson questioned Rev. Roberts (whom I believe is an idiot) and used the term "open their minds" this is great because TWI teaches that having an "open" mind is evil. As some of us remember LCM taught that having an open mind leaves us open to devil spirit possession. With this in mind let's look at the testamony:

Mr Anderson Q: And would you agree with me that, at least in part, one of the purposes of distributing those pieces of liturature to people in the state of Tennessee is to influence their thinking, to open their minds, and to help them come to the same understanding that you have about God's word?

Rev. Roberts A: I would-- I don't know that I would phrase it exactly the way you phrased it. I would say that thay're encouraging and that they help people, possibly, you know, feel good about what they do and more dedicated to their life as a Christian believer.

I don't know about opening their mind. I don't know what that means. I mean, I know -- I think I know what you're saying. But it's way to -- for us to express our concerns and heart for them and how they're prospering and living in health.

Wow I can just see it Rev. Roberts sitting there sweating because Rosie is sitting there watching and listening. If he makes one wrong move to say anything that is not "according to the word" then he's out of a job.

It reminds me of the old Star Trek episode "I, Mudd" where Kirk Spock Scotty Chekov and Uhura short circuit the android's by being illogical. No sufficent information processing...

On one of the older tapes, vpw was claiming that the effect of the body of

eating a heart meal with starches, etc resulted in consuming more grain

alcohol than if you had a few drinks.

I'm not familiar offhand with how the body breaks down starches and

carbohydrates and the like. However, I don't remember hearing that a

by-product of regular digestion was alcohol. Last I heard, alcohol is

broken down, and starches are broken down. If memory serves, both are

broken down into SUGARS. Alcohol doesn't stay alcohol, and nothing in food

(unless, perhaps, someone drugs your food) breaks down into alcohol.

If someone with some real knowledge of this would speak up, I'd appreciate

    it.

BTW, he followed it up by pointing out the medical doctor in the room

(the Wine guy) and said that if you really wanted to know, to ask HIM.

I'm thinking this was based on a misunderstanding of how starches are

broken down in digestion, but, hey, I could be wrong....

  12. I kept the snappy clothes style Vic taught me.

I have many fat neckties and wide lapel jackets. I keep the palmade handy to slick back my hair. I also tell corny jokes to unsuspecting people who laugh nervously trying to make me feel good.

  13. Jim and I think John both took their injections tonight. I know Jim did his at 6pm because I talked to him afterwards. I'm sure I'll here how he's feeling in the morning.
