by the way, the "kids" are my elder son and his partner. They backpacked and did odd jobs in Italy for 17 months. we hope to have the boy return this month.

Someone asked about the pics that were previously on a thread in the old Picture forum and no longer cisible there. I decided to post them and some others from MsHAP's and my trip to Italy and Germany last year. Hope you enjoy them.

The house pics are a after and before view of a fix/flip remodel I did in Boulder, CO.
The others are the lovely lady and I on the Cinque Terre Trail, and at the Tivoli Fountain in Rome.
The other one is of us and my son and his partner in Cortona, Italy, the setting for "Under the Tuscan Sun"
