Jean-Yves DeLisle..........This is my second and final open letter to you.  Having known you since those days in Quebec City in 1984 and performed your and Michele's wedding in Toronto in 1988, I take an obligatory responsibility to warn you of your treachery and path of destruction.  The Lord has showered you with His mercy; and yet, do you reciprocate this mercy and loving kindness to others?  The Lord has taken your burdens of sin and guilt and washed them away by the blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ......and yet, do you help others to undo the heavy, sin-laden burdens that they themselves carry month after month, year after year?  Are you unaware that to whom much is GIVEN, much is REQUIRED?

The Way International has become a conduit and harlot; defiled by her licentious ways of whoredom.  One president after another, each has multiplied these transgressions by forsaking the Lord and polluting the land with sanctimonious abominations that serve allegiance to man.  The systematizing of error has been decades in the making.....of which, you Jean-Yves sat at headquarters for 28 years mentored by false teachers.  Woe unto those of you who administer evil.....deceived and deceiving others.

From what I heard and understood, the Revival and Restoration Q&A meeting last month by dozens of corps leadership was snuffed out.  Even though they'd sent a private correspondence letter to the Board of Directors in August 2016 requesting that their grievances be heard [Acts 15]......it was NOT allowed.  The Directors heavy-handedly slapped them down to "put them in their place" and marshalled a m/a campaign to destroy their efforts and reputations.  This "mark/avoid" policy that twi utilizes is a skewing of the scriptures.  Jean-Yves, that is evil.....and you should know that.  It is darkness and domination over others.  It runs at cross-purposes with everything that is upright and godly.

Clearly, The Way International is a cult that serves man's allegiance.  And, for those who sincerely believe that this organization is the Lord's remnant, then how great will be their fall when the truth dawns on them.  Woe to those "pastors" who scatter the sheep of the Lord's pasture.  The day is coming when the lord Jesus will say, "I never knew you."  Now is the time to repent.....REPENT and turn from your evil ways.  Break the teeth of the wierwille-allegiance.....and turn to the Lord and His righteousness.  Do not follow one more step on this path that Rosalie Fox Rivenbark Shumate walked for 16 years of her presidency-tenure.....of which, were 16 years in vain.

False prophets and teachers have ravaged the flock of God thru the years.  The corps indoctrination program built and established limbs of adulterers.  Wierwille, in his sin and drunkenness, failed to clean house.....for indeed, he himself was not clean.  This wickedness and uncleanness has vexed The Way International for decades.  Those who were clean and undefiled exited long ago.  Therefore, Jean-Yves.........the task before you is a great undertaking.  You cannot do it without the Lord.  And, you cannot begin to do it.......until YOU humble yourself before the Lord and pray for His merciful hand to help and sustain you.  Otherwise, you too will find all your work is in vain.

The $68 MILLION is vanity of vanities.......as these assets/investment accrue without ministering to those in need.  Have not you read about gathering into barns and yet, NOT taking care of the needs at hand?  For a supposedly "non-profit ministry" this is an evil vanity and a distrust of that the Lord will meet your need.  How long will you tarry into the wilderness of a conceited soul?  You pride yourselves with this accumulation, yet pat yourselves on the back for being "spiritual?"  That is cognitive dissonance staring back at you.

So, Jean-Yves........which path will you choose?  Forget about the numbers, sign-ups and programs for a second.......will you serve the Lord or man?

And again, I leave you with the same verse as in my first open letter to you..........Open Letter to Jean-Yves DeLisle

Luke 4:18  The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

The church I'm involved with is big time into helping people get ahead...they've bought people cars, helped them with business start ups etc....bless and be blessed is one of their beliefs...I guess THAT's what ' practise believing to bring abundance to you and the church should really mean ?!'

Amen! That's what it's all about Allan

Don't see any of that happening down at the way in NZ

Regarding translating pfal books into French and French version of pfal..........that was Tom Knupp.

But yeah......"quiet, obedient, committed, and fiercely loyal to Rosalie" got him the big chair.  PLUS.......he isn't likely to strike out on his own anytime soon and do something like a lcm-type wap class.  Jean-Yves will be the face of twit.......and Rosalie will keep the trains running on time as the vice-prez.

yeah Skyrider pretty much nailed it on the head with that one. I met Jean-Yves twice, he is one of Rosalie's 'boys' when she says jump!! he will be saying 'how high?apart from that he was not impressed with me since i fell asleep during Rosalies welcoming speech at Founders Hall for International students(no bad intentions at the time) funny now LOL!

Like I said in a much earlier post, he was the mog who got on the phone to me after we told mosquito we were leaving campus and said they would pay our airfares back to n.z. IF we kept our mouths shut about what we had seen going on...I guess that qualifies him as prez lol

and i ask myself how people would want to continue in a deceitful cult like this led by someone who does this kind of thing to families?! Brainwashed i say! but its the modus operandi of the way nothing new...

Higher Ground, that bloody video - isn't one to be watched.  It's so awful that it's unforgettable.  Unfortunately.

No thanks for reminding us all :rolleyes:

Let me start by saying 'the renewed mind is the key.... haha :anim-smile: yea it's awful alright but gotta give the guy props for breaking down those dance moves LOL!!

Here's another tune wayyyy before my time

    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hPU4GYXrKfg

  9. Yea I hear what Twinky saying, happened to quite a few in NZ...when I was in I listened to bands like 'sing it dave' and kerusso they were awesome 90s era, it was always played before a meeting or in the background during a service.

It seems the way cult today has really lost touch with music just check out this outrageous  clip LOL

  10. Met Rico a few times at advanced class 06' had a few conversations with him, even did the electric slide with him and Greg Bochalk, really nice guy was a big hit with the class students at the time had the real knack for public speaking and playing basketball, just a shame he used those talents for the cult

  11. *grabs popcorn*

Mate looks like a big mess to me at the way international

Skyrider had mentioned in other posts that this sort of thing was bound to happend and look....

  12. Man those are some big names big around 90s era....but I am not suprised one by one members of the way cult will eventually leave only time will tell...good on em I say life's too short to be in this cult

  13. You mean the guy who ran my advance class 2006 and destroyed everyone at basketball? Anyways if he has, good for him I wish him the best

  14. Firstly I'd like to publicly thank Penworks for this mind and heart blowing book.I received it on March 1st and have completed reading it as of today.Purpose of purchasing this book was to expand my knowledge of this cult called the way. Here is a small re view so here goes....

Boyyy, was I blown away by the content in the book. Now I'm a big fan of true story documentries, this book related to me in so many ways.It felt like I was watching myself with Charlene navigating from start to finish. My heart was pounding as I could relate to alot of the scenarios she had used in the book.Examples include the witnessing fears I had publicly for a while and being zealous for the word.Quotes and manipulation tactics used by Weirwille were drummed into me from a young age.A big one was 'When it comes to the word,no one is your friend,To see real life how Charlene describes in her book what, where, how, why and when it all happened is so navigated perfectly. From the reviews right to page 448

I said to myself hey I've been there too,I have experienced what she had went through and I had lived through that, but to read it from this book just confirms 'even more' I wasn't alone in this whole cult ordeal

Note: I personally didn't know and wasnt around Weirwille, and I'm glad I didn't.This book gives personal upfront details on him that had me fuming I see now even more what a :offtopic:he was...

Two people in the book mentioned are people I knew personally and to hear there names shocked me.I thought what a small world and how Charlene was up on the front line of it all..but to hear those that i know personally involvement said it all..book contains all

It is interesting to note that when Charlene had exited the cult I was born in 87' So my era was when martindale and rivenbark ran the cult show,it was very refreshing to embark on a journey back in time before my time to see how things were, i can tell you know i have seen and heard.I was left reflecting and relating to certain scenarios contained in book

Am I promoting this book? HELL YEAH! Maybe could send JYDL a copy for his birthday

In all seriousness this great book deserves 10/10 from me not only because it's true and relating, it can literally save lives and get people to carefully consider before joining a cult/church.In our case/s The Way International

Penworks, you are a legend I'm glad I read your book thanks once again for taking the time to share your life experience

Here's a picture with the book itself with the helpful cookies which accompanied me along the journey

TWI's numbers are dwindleing at a rapid pace and even active members are beginning to read books and teachinings and research done by outside Christian groups and authors.

Very true indeed while in, I noticed twi members were quoting Joyce Meyer, Creflo Dollar and Joel Osteen, which at the time puzzled me as to why these members were highlighting, quoting and praising these non twi preachers....

Fast forward to my exit I see now....

Ran across a series titled "The Eighties" and it was pretty good.  While watching, this thought came into me head -  "Too bad I missed it."  Realized once again that we were divorced from normal life and thought that was normal.  Like not being part of the human race or something.

Saw that series outandabout, was cool to see how the family went through each era 50s 60s 70s 80s and 90s being born in the late 80s I can say im a true 90s kid.

I can sympathise with you on the "too bad I missed it" The Way international cult stole most of our valuable time but being out fresh 2 years I'm grateful I don't have to spend another day in lies and deceit.

I hope you have precious time now outandabout I'm staring my travels soon something which has long been anticipated and was discouraged by those in the way

And Rosalie..........my wife just received facebook correspondence from one of your twi-clergy stating that your leadership was/is pathetic.  When people on the field are empowered to voice their stated beliefs........they mock hq-leadership and its worthless drivel

Wow! rosalie even people within your 'inner circle' talk amongst themselves about you, tells me alot about you.Let's not forget the many lawsuits which you were involved in....JYDL seems you need to take alot of trash out or 'burn the chaff'
