  1. My dear Ex............

I'm so sorry. Even though your Mom is saying that your Sis "wants them out", I think once she makes the move, she'll have more freedom and control, which ultimately will make her happy.

Both of you hang in there.

    Ex, Check your PTs

  2. I retained an atty on Tue, went to court yesterday. The long and short of it is the judge agreed to appoint a guardian ad litem for the kids. This atty will represent the kids best interests in court.

The other thing is that we will finish up my deposition and take his. (he has either cancelled or not shown up for his depo at least 3 different times.)

We are scheduled to go to court Jan 19, 2005.

My new atty is very interested in what little was done by my former atty, the one who says I owe him over $15,000!!!!!

I would appreciate your prayers and thoughts (again) for us. We're going on two and a half years. Even the judge asserted that he is over this case.

  3. Ex...........hahahahahahahaha

We really had a great time. Even though I was there for a longer period of time than last year, it seemed to go by a lot faster this year. maybe cuz I didn't have MY tribe with me.

Hawk, Paw, Oen, Ttessa, Bow, Shell, Jard, You certainly were missed!!

As for next years locale, the only consensus we have come to so far is to find a place that is a little more convenient to the interstate. I'd like to keep it in TN due to custody/travel issues, but I'm sure not everyone feels that way.

    Ex...............Love you too girl!!!!!

  4. Yes.

My church (Baptist) is doing a kick-off tailgate party Oct. 9th complete with BBQ, moonwalk rides for the kids, the UT game and then the simulcast with Rick Warren himself at 8pm.

We will be covering it in the sunday schools and in home groups for those people who don't attend our church.

My daughters church (methodist) is also doing it in the same time frame so even though we attend different churches, we can do it together.

We're still considering being a host home.

  5. Susie (Wassung) Axtell and her husband Steve are living in the Charlotte, NC area. and have 3 girls. The oldest just graduated this past year I think.

I believe they're in the book.

They have been out for a long time. I go to a teen fellowship in their home when I'm in Charlotte.
