Hey everyone, Thanks for your continued prayers.

I went to court myself and argued against unsupervised visitation. The Judge ruled in his favor because he said that the goal is to work towards him getting his visitation back.

I'm ok with it for now. The kids were with him over the 4th and suffice it to say that I'm still really glad I left him.

All other pending matters were continued until I can get an attorney. BOWTWI--very little groundwork was laid. Between what I owe and what I've paid---$23,000.00, I have squat to show for it.

Please pray for protection for my kids--especially their minds.

Update..........

I'm due in court on Monday. My attorney has withdrawn from my case because I owe him $15,000.00. So I guess I'll be asking for a continuance and/or arguing it myself.

Thanks everyone for your continued prayers. Now that these charges are behind me, I can look for and hopefully get a job.

The property settlement custody and child support are still up in the air, but hopefully will be resolved soon.

I ran into my attorney's wife at the grocery and he is still very ill. (Some kind of lung thing).

Anyhoo, I wasn't surprised when his secretary called to cancel the deposition for tomorrow.

Please pray for his health. He is a good, ethical, christian guy--even though he is a lawyer. :D-->

Mediation has been rescheduled for tomorrow. If we don't reach a settlement, trial is rescheduled for March.

Thanks everybody..........the mediation was cancelled because my attorney was (and still is) sick.

I don't know if we will be able to reschedule before trial (which is Dec. 2nd). Please pray for His will to be done, whatever that may be.
