    You can call that character assassination if it makes you feel better to rationalize. Personally, I simply see it as calling a spade a spade.

    He stood by while people died and/or committed suicide over direct decisions that he, himself made and actions he took. He expressed no remorse. He had an entourage of armed thugs who bullied and threatened those who might to expose him.

    Sorry, Pilgrim, that dog don't hunt anymore. Wierwille was an abusive sexual predator who was in an almost constant state of inebriation. He gave date rape drugs to young women so that he could have his way with them sexually. He boasted, in front of people who have given first hand testimony, that he sexually fondled his adolescent daughter.

      Your bitterness and hatred for Dr. Weirwille is obvious! I am not here to defend ANYONE for ANYTHING that they did wrong. God does not make people do evil, (Satan is to blame for that),and Dr. Weirwille will not receive any rewards from God for any wrong he did!       Bitter and angry? No, I don't think so. Would I have to be bitter and angry as a prerequisite to stating that Hitler or Mussolini were vile human beings? None the less, they were, no matter what my feelings about them might be. Wierwille, likewise, was a vile human being. That's simply a fact.
