  1. Happy belated Birthday Excie.

Sorry for the lateness of this salutation, but I have good best excuses reasons opportunities for my actions. What, with Corps weddings, graduations, assignments, Corps Week and ROA setup - not to mention how I am going to hitch a ride to my new location across the ocean -- it just sorta slipped my (renewed) mind.

Oh, my goodness talk about flashbacks  . Glad you made it to another year of continuing freedom, my friend. "Free at last, free at last. Thank God Almighty, we're free at last!"

  2. Happy Birthday Ex10. Since this is your second incarnation of being two years old, and having successfully survived the "terrible twos", I hope this time around will be the "terriffic twos" for you.

And looking forward to seeing you through the rest of your childhood. Seems like you might turn out to be a wonderful person when you grow up - at least you did the first time around!

  3. When I ordered Fertilizer, I didn't know it would come with this delivery system. .....And, I refuse to work out the balance with a pencil, so don't give me any more crap about it. End of story. :nono5:

  4. Mr. Rhino, if you are going to do research, you must be willing to accept where the research leads you. “... tops backwards is spot, which is a dog...”

Now, follow it through logically, man! Dog backwards is ……. Now, I agree that Tops is a fine babe, but the truth may be so much bigger than that!

    :biglaugh:

  5. Thank you all very much. It was a nice quite day with family and friends. After passing the half century landmark, I guess the next major one is for the octogenarian milestone and then maybe to become a Centurion lke Cornelius (boy those Romans sure lived a long time!). See you around in cyber chat!

  6. BB, I'm glad you finally got out and can now start to rebuild your life. Take care of yourself and do what it takes to get back to "normal". Always know that there are many of us thinking and praying for you daily.

  7. Happy Birthday Raf and keep up the good work as a weather man, especially since you've been given your own cone. Have a good one, and maybe you'll remember it tomorrow.

  8. This is an unofficial response to WW's unofficial entry. I don't know if the chorus contains the song's name, but if it did, it would be something like "Spill [the] wine, Take that girl". --- at least that's what it sounded like to me, but they could have said something completely different (kinda like "Standing in the Shower With My Love" Hehe.) and don't know who did it.

  9. Sudo, politicians are real good at talking about everything. But in this case an exit strategy would involve them actually doing something about it and moving out of their nice safe offices. Actually, it might be a good idea to leave them all in one place, at least that way we know where they are.

......And why DID this get moved from the "Silly" forum  ??????

  10. If you consider that there has been an average of 160,000 troops in the Iraq theatre of operations during the last 22 months, and a total of 2112 deaths, that gives a firearm death rate of 60 per 100,000.

The firearm death rate in Washington D.C. is 80.6 per 100,000 for the same period.

That means that you are about 25% more likely to be shot and killed in the U.S.Capitol, which has some of the strictest gun control laws in the nation, than you are in Iraq.

Conclusion: The U.S. should immediately pull out of Washington.

    :biglaugh:

  11. David I'm glad you are doing this again and not me. It was fun the first time, but I don't feel like going behind the green door again :biglaugh: Toppie you done good! Have fun and enjoy yourselves. Mr. Miller is a good (dare I say) leader!
