  1. :cryhug_1_: Jonny just sent this to me and asked me to post it for his friends to read!!!

    Here’s the goodbye note:

    Dear Fellow Grease Spotters,

Hi, and God bless you all. I am posting this through a friend, Rainbowsgirl, because I no longer have an account here. I have asked Pawtuckett to close it down for me, and he has done so. It’s been about three days now. I have left this place, not after some "huge fight", but simply because it is time to move on. As many of you know, I personally have not had bitter feelings toward The Way, and as I’ve said before, for me, it was not a terrible time leaving me scarred and ruined. Personally, I learned many great things while in The Way, things still dear to me to this day. But that’s a subject for another thread that no doubt will come up again on some future thread by someone whose sentiments may be close to my own. But I also know that my journey has definitely not been the same for many of you who were involved, and that for many here it was a terrible time.

So, I am glad that I have spent time here, yet saddened to have learned a side of The Story that I did not know existed before I came here. In this regard, the mission of the GSC served it's purpose. My heart goes out to all who were hurt during your time in The Way, and may the road ahead of you just get better and better. For me, this place has had an "addictive quality" to it, one that has been hard to put down. As you know, I "said goodbye" once before, but when I did, I hadn’t insisted on having my account closed. And so, when people responded to my "goodbye thread", I had a terrible time not responding, and the whole thing turned into a "big brouhaha", and went on and on. and, I never left! Sorry 'bout that. But like I said, it has been a hard place to stay away from.

And so! To all with whom I have argued and rumbled, I apologize for any times that I was rude and unseemly. And to all with whom I have had pleasant discourse, the pleasure has been mine. But from this day on there is no more "Jonny Lingo" at the Grease Spot Café. His entity will be no more than archived posts and a movie known as The Legend Of Jonny Lingo. But if you ever chance to see that movie, think of me up here in Alaska, and know that I will continue to pray for the good people of the Grease Spot Café, for, "It's way past midnight and we're still here!"

May the road rise up to meet you.

May the wind always be at your back.

May the sun shine warm upon your face,

and rains fall soft upon your fields.

    And until we meet again,

May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

God bless you all in the name of Jesus Christ.

Jonny was always a good friend to me and a "stellar" man!!! I will greatly miss him and his unique charm, His wonderful wit and the way that only He could spin a yarn or tell a tale.

I have read some of His pieces off this board and they are very very good; worthy indeed of publication. His style is indubitably his own. He can run the gamut on anyone's emotions and sometimes indeed has made us all wonder what this "Word Warrior" might intrigue us with next. A delightful character indeed to have known and loved!!!

This a very hard medium to truly shine in; for it's much Harder to express all you want to say and the fullness of your heart and intents of your soul, than it is, one face studying another face. Perhaps, we might see more if it were eye to eye, heart to heart and voice to voice!

I wish you well my Dear Friend it is my deep honor and profound pleasure to know You!!! I am certain that you will be missed and will forever echo in these archives and in our hearts, until we meet again in the sky!!!

  2. Not a one liner, but too amusing to resist:

    The customs of an Irishman

An Irishman walks into a bar in Dublin, orders three pints of Guinness and sits in the back of the room, drinking a sip out of each one in turn. When he finishes them, he comes back to the bar and orders three more. The bartender asks him, "You know, a pint goes flat after I draw it; it would taste better if you bought one at a time." The Irishman replies, "Well, you see, I have two brothers. One is in America, the other in Australia, and I'm here in Dublin. When we all left home, we promised that we'd drink this way to remember the days when we drank together." The bartender admits that this is a nice custom, and leaves it there.

The Irishman becomes a regular in the bar, and always drinks the same way: ordering three pints and drinking them in turn. One day, he comes in and orders two pints. All the other regulars notice and fall silent. When he comes back to the bar for the second round, the bartender says, "I don't want to intrude on your grief, but I wanted to offer my condolences on your great loss." The Irishman looks confused for a moment, then a light dawns in his eye and he laughs. "Oh, no," he says, "Everyone's fine. I've just quit drinking."

  3. I will never understand the mind or heart of a child or adult sexual molester. Yes, I know, even as I say this, that it is a cycle of a particular abuse system; but how can they look into the innocent screaming eyes of a precious child and damage them like that. knowing full well; that if it had been done to them, just what it did and STILL not stop themselves.?????

  4. Dear(((((Ron G)))),

I thank GOD for healing You and strengthening and restoring You to good health and function. May GOD bless and keep (((((You and Your Family))))!!!

We pray continually for You and All!!!

    2Ti 1:3 I thank God, whom I serve from [my] forefathers with pure conscience, that without ceasing I have remembrance of thee in my prayers night and day;

    With Love, RainbowsGirl

  5. Chas,

I don't think there will be even a coup to overthrow Rosilie for not following the due course of presidential

retirement... NOT Ever!!!. She will remain in office, I think, until she

    dies!

    Either:

It has been decided that they will make no huge waves and all retire quietly one by one unto they all die off.

I think that it will be difficult to keep things in tact...status quo as they age more and more, even as an empty

wasted hull! Who will they raise up to continue in their stead??? Who knowingly could want the job???

    or:

She holds all the keys to TWI's secrets. IMHO I think that there are many more deeply guarded secrets in

her "lock box" that could swiftly, if loosed in no uncertain terms, bring TWI and some of it's elite crashing down

    to complete oblivion.

Legally can they keep the property as long as they function as VPW set it up...willed it or whatever???

I am still in some ways surprised that no Weirwille Family member cannot find a legal way to gain the land back.

Perhaps, They don't even want it. VPW early on, taught that we had to spiritually clean out our houses. TWI

HQ's is a big house to clean... so to speak.

Myself, I could never go back there...All my good memories are too skewed to ever want to go back there; It's

tragic. All I would think of would be the egregious abuses committed there. The coach given to VPW for a godly

purpose...used to abuse and traumatize girls too young or to weak to escape the treachery and trickery leveled

at them. Not least of all there is the black eye they gave GOD and His Word, in the minds and hearts of many

of GOD's people and the world by their misdeeds, and their plagiarism, slanting and twisting of His Word.

  6. ((((Jeff)))))

Impugning and maligning Your good name and setting you up to further their gain of power, and control of

the splinter group members is purely evil. Disguised by teaching and condoning to all, that isolation and

banishment are acceptable methods; instead of a very cruel and ruthless forms of torture and punishment that

    they in fact are.

They worse than figurative killed You; They promote evil as a resourceful means to obtain a goal; making

it appear normal, just and acceptable; further blinding and entrapping their members. To a great degree, I feel

that they the members should be able to see through at least some of these types of tactics, but GOD only

knows the whys and the why nots!!! I truly don't mean this as a judgement on them. I am hoping that they

    wake up soon!!!

I am sorry for the losses You have suffered Jeff so bravely and glad that You are here to help and to heal!!! I

will be praying for You and the other members of this group and all cults!!!

  7. Recently a friend asked me, as it applies to Wierwille, "How can we REALLY know what was on a man's heart?"

    Jeff:

As a Christian, I believe that the Lord himself will have the final say as to what was on his heart. Even if I was not a Christian, I would hope that I would consider it wise to not speculate too much about a man that I never even talked too!

But I've been considering one scripture that I think is worth considering, no matter what your world view happens to be.....

YOU SHALL KNOW THEM BY THEIR FRUIT.

As Wierwille has come and gone, run his course if you will, we have the right and responsibility to do our part and consider the matter. I think it might be boorish or even annoying for me to attempt to repeat the things that many of you know by personal experience much better than me what he was like behind closed doors.

But I consider myself to be PFAL fruit, but I must admit that Wierwille was disingenuous about where he got his information and had no right to allow himself to ever be considered as MOGFODAT. It makes it appear clear to me what Wierwille's character was when I can plainly see all the puffed up, lying, brow beating, mind-game playing, life ruining, and blindly ambitious leaders that deserve to be considered Wierwille's progeny.

YOU SHALL KNOW THEM BY THEIR FRUIT.

This is very well stated Jeff and even though we carried with us many wounds and scars we learned valuable

lessons as well; Some we didn't need or want and some that will serve us well to know. Some of these were:

    1. We learned For sure, how NOT to behave toward GOD or mankind; along with a very long list of NOT to do's!

    2. We learned how to survive, and to heal and to help others to as well.

    3. We learned to use greater wisdom and to know that if your questions and concerns are being avoided diminished or dismissed; that GOD probably was summarily dismissed too along with them and You.

    4. We learned Enough Bible to know GOD and to know that He was not first in the grand scheme of it all; and that they left Jesus Christ out almost entirely.

    5. We learned that they did not live up to their promises... an example would be: instead of signs wonders and miracles from a leadership level we received all manner of threats abuses and condemnations; and even eventually the blame for all that lacked in the fulfillment of promises made.

6.We learned that when the practical of GOD's Word isn't there the doctrinal is an empty front, disguising something sinister underneath it.

    7. We learned that when people You loved early on grow cold, calloused and cruel with deeper commitments and involvement, something is gravely wrong.

8 We learned that with the recognition of evil, that it is our responsibility to expose it for what it is, so that all are warned and may avoid it and recover from it.

9.We learned not to expose evil and wrong in a boastful manner for by the grace of GOD go I. That if the tempter whispered in our ears in like or some other manner we may have been enticed to it all of or been part this evil.

    10. We learned this:Jam 1:12 ¶ Blessed [is] the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

Jam 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:

Jam 1:14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

Jam 1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

Jam 1:16 Do not err, my beloved brethren.

Jam 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

Jam 1:18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

    11. We Learned that there will be absolute repercussion and definite pay back for crossing, being at odds with or opposing or questioning a leader or anyone else with an inferiority complex, disguised as a superior being at least in their own mind...That the consequences were usually banning, marking and avoiding and permanent isolation.

    12. We learned that these tactics and stategies are an abomination to GOD and He will absolutely avenge every evil work.

  8. Qakspear:

In theory a "ministry" could be served simultaneously with The Lord, if the goals and actions of "the ministry" were identical with those of The Lord.

I believe that "the ministry" attempted to define what serving the Lord meant in terms of what was best for "the ministry", putting "the ministry" first and The Lord second.

What an astute observation!!! "The best laid plans of mice and men go astray when consumed in their own lusts

    and ways.

They not only put GOD second, but sometimes last and eventually at times He was not at all

    involved in their ministry.

IMHO they started out with pure or at least good intentions and were dissuaded by power, greed and

sexual perversions. All things that they very early on claimed were the most devilish and destructive of

corruptions against GOD! They were deceived within their own doctrinal boundaries by the of treachery and

    trickery that they initially expounded to be evil and corrupt. I think this was due to their arrogance and pride;

too blind or unwilling to restrain themselves or to ever admit their errors or faults! If You don't or won't admit

you are wrong, How can you really change or grow.

  9. 1.What things do You wonder about in GOD's plan, design, creation/creations?

2.What do You Wonder about living here in this world???

3.What puzzles You or what pieces have You put together???

The thoughts and wonderings I have are from a Christan and godly standpoint and my thoughts

recently were stirred up concerning God's designs for Mankind, and Animals.

Here is one of my many wonderments:

I just read WhiteDoves new Thread "What a Friend" and was responding to it. Of course the more I wrote the

more I saw that I was going off topic in His Thread so I am starting this one as not to dismantle His. Please do

read His; It with tear at Your heartstrings and make you think; and make You cry!!!

The story of Mickey and Percy brought a lot of thoughts to my mind and heart

What a touching and tenderhearted testimonial to the bonds and depths of true friendship and undying love!!!

A great example of real love, friendship and loyalty that sadly seems in such depth, much rarer in the human-

kind sector of this world. Where in, ties aren't woven tightly and bonds unravel quickly with very little

provocation!!! The World is waxing worse and worse in all realms:

Isa 51:6 Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.

2Ti 3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

I remember being taught in TWI...not really taught...just told that animal soul life was not eternal...Perhaps that

is true.??? Perhaps it is not??? I was never provided scriptural evidence. If anyone has any please enlighten me!

Perhaps they never lost or always have had a spiritual connection to GOD?! This is my wonderment in part.

I hope that GOD gave them a way into eternity as well as we have; as there are several loving pets I would

again like to see and many renowned animals I would be tremendously overjoyed and grateful to spend

eternity with; like Mickey and Percy, and Christian the lion to name but a few!!! Their presences

provides/provided soothing comfort and serenity now on earth!!! In Eternity too would be nice and maybe

    possible???

It is not that I don't see or understand that GOD so richly and graciously gave us this world and everything in

it to bless, help and provide for all our needs, out of His Great and Particular Love for us most especially.

Yet, Perhaps animals were designed to be more than faithful companions and meet our other needs.

Since we have such a limited view and scope of GOD's thoughts, ways and total plans...I guess that we can

hope a lot while we seek our answers and mysterries; and wait many of them out!

Who among us has not learned from the love, loyalty and example of an animal, a lessen or two!? Who

among us has not seen an animal cruelly abused; crawling back to it's abuser seeking mercy, forgiveness and

love!? Seems to parallel in ways man's similar state with GOD ironically, doesn't it???

Although, not all aspects and responses are similar. Our domestic animals and pets often trust more easily than

we do. They often forgive and show mercy more easily than we do. IMHO, GOD must have put that in their

DNA or their souls...whereever???, to bless and remind us to be kind and to be loving and compassionate. To

be convicted to refrain from abusing weaker and more vulnerable beings!

Don't they seem such an example of GOD's own heart to us???

Many of them would lay down their lives down to protect us from harm; as Christ did, but on a much completer

scale, and in a far more thorough way!

Yes...we are superior, but perhaps, not in all the ways, and to all the degrees that we sometimes claim to be!!!

  10. Dear ((((WhiteDove)))) Thank YOU!!!

This breaks my heart and I cried so much it was hard to see to type and took me even longer than it normally

does to edit, but was well worth reading it true brought up some thoughts and realizations to consider about

GOD's designs in creation of different species! I am sure You will appreciate that I start a thread concerning my

thoughts rather than disrupt Your thread.

What a touching and tenderhearted testimonial to the bonds and depths of true friendship and undying love!!!

  11. Sounds great ith a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side! Thanks for the Apple Dumpling recipe RainbowsGirl, I've been looking for a good one, yours sounds fabulous!

You are welcome (((((Now I See))))))

All the recipes sound great and the tips are very helpful too!!!

  12. It was a detrimental reference to another poster...whom I even know whom it referred too and why it was made!

Linda Z and WhiteDove and The Mods, Thank You for standing up and asking for fairness and detecting underlying digs and cuts!!!

Those tactics remind me of TWI's tactics and methods...sadly a form of verbal abuse and victimization usually followed by a nice trip to isolation by Marking and avoiding; because they only wanted to be afforded the same opportunity to stand up for what they believe!!!!

  13. geisha779

Our first reaction to tales of abuse--compassion. Nothing else works.

Revictimizing a victim----seems to stem from a cold heart. Cold toward Jesus--who died for all. It may also stem from a wounded heart--how do we know? We don't--we can point it out--but it is up to the one revictimizing to see it.

It has to stem from a misunderstanding of just who Jesus is and what he did for all-His heart for all--it couldn't happen if that was firmly in place--not consistently. Certainly not in God's name.

It all makes me pray the more for those in TWI or ever really involved with TWI.

It seems to stem from a cold or wounded heart or maybe even a spiritually blinded heart. It is very difficult to understand being past feeling; and seeking to arouse and reawaken your own feelings by victimizing and wounding someone else. It is all Very selfish and self centered and devilish imho

Eph 4:19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

    Green Hornet

I was reading through here on what is a victim. VPW was a victim of his lust for power and women. But I believe he also new this was wrong. If people brought it out he would lie and ruin their lives. Therefore he always remained a victim to his lusts. Any one that came close to him in leadership had to indulge in his lust or VPW would have been found out. These people were his victims also and they themselves became victimizers.

Any one in or was in TWI is a victim in one form or another some worst than others. But it depends on what we do once we realize this. It takes many different forms but we must rise above it. After leaving the way I studied and learn from many: DL Moody, Geore Whitfield, Billy Sunday,l William Blackberry, Charles Stanley, Chuck Swindol, Roper, and many more. A person is no longer a victim when they can forgive. Is forgiveness going to effect VPW no LCM no it helps to release the victim themselves.

Very astute comments Green Hornet they are victims of their own lusts, greediness and selfish egotistical ways; Maliciously, going about wounding and racking and ruining lives at their own will and pleasure. Very warped!!!

"Is Forgiveness going to effect VPW or LCM no it helps to release the victim themselves"

Your right!!! Only GOD knows what His absolute justice pronouncements will be on VPW or LCM; but one thing we do know about GOD is that everything He does is perfect and is perfectly done. We could never exact justice in any manner that covers all aspects of any one man's lifetime to match GOD's ability to do so.

I would hate to be them or anyone who knowingly abuses people in any manner. We think of revenges that people deserve, but GOD when he is finished letting it be "man's day", will make our conceived revenges look probably kind in comparision!!!

    excathedra

i haven't read all the defs. but i think a true victimizer is someone who intentionally hurts someone, victimizes someone

VPW's and LCM's actions were very intentional and very premeditated

like, if you told that vic you didn't want to go that way, and he ignored you

and of course used the bible to justify the vic timization

It sure would have been better for them to have faced legal earthly justice here than to go unrepentantly before GOD. because even if they have/had asked GOD for forgiveness before they die/died through they continued on in their actions for years there will be consequences for continuing on repeatitively...having a reprobate mind....comes to my mind.

What is the scripture that applies to asking forgiveness and not really changing??????

i also think victims can be young and damaged which helps them to become victims

Yes and GOD considers that even more evil and treacherous...to wound the wounded or infirmed

and hopefully one day they'll grow up to be a survivor

(((((Excie)))), You and Me and All at GRSC and the other Survivors of TWI, We will help them!!!

  15. For Café visitors that were raised in TWI.

Please indulge me in this. I raised a son in TWI from 1976 until when we were "Marked

and Avoided" in about 1999. He cannot write or speak for Himself; but I think that His life, How he lives it and

His heart speak well of both the right on and right off things I taught Him and that he endured in TWI. Since I

am responsible for what I taught Him, I wish to address this in His behalf and in His stead

From the Way International website, April 2008:

"Our Powerful Examples of Young People in the Word

"In the Bible, a young person is referred to as a youth until he reaches 30 years of age. To walk in truth and to stand for God, young people need pure hearted love for Him, for His Word, and for others, which they learn from the example and training of their parents. They also need the self-discipline to carry out the Word, which

is built by the training of their parents and then lovingly adopted by the child’s free will. Each individual grows up with freedom of will and becomes accountable to God for his own life. "

In essence there is nothing untrue with this statement. It is how it is carried out or was carried out. The

purpose of controlling a person skews the true intent of GOD's Word and Will. If You twist it to serve Your own

intents and purposes to control people by breeding fear in them; they with teach it to others and in the training

up of their children breed fear. Raised in or up in fear as we all were to some degree or another makes it is

difficult to trust GOD or want to be accountable to Him.

One things that I did wrong that effected and affected my son if He could tell You is:

I chastened him to harshly and to often and sometimes not in accordance with GOD's Word but in accordance

with my leaderships interpretations of it.

    example:

He would not sit perfectly still and quietly in fellowship. He did very very well most of the time as He loves and

respects GOD The music is His way of knowing GOD and the teachings are somewhat over his head so to

    speak.

My Twig leader asked me to take him out and put Him in the car down stairs and to return to fellowship; that

we would believe GOD to protect Him. There alone in the dark locked into the car were GOD and Josh and most

likely all His guardian angels; as GOD protects us even when we do stupid foolish acts that we are taught to

do, when we don't know any better. I am sure that P@tty asked this of me out of the same foolish teachings

    and lack of proper understanding.

It is not right to tempt GOD to see if He will work instead of using the love, the care and the wisdom that GOD's

    Word teaches.

I couldn't wait to get down there to my son. I had asked GOD to protect Him and I had taught Him to never

open the doors to anyone. Yet I knew that He was both vulnerable and susceptible and easily enticed. I was

trying to honor this chastening goal of P@tty's for him to behave more appropriately in fellowship or wait in the

pitch blackness of night down stairs in the car. GOD did protect my son and they both have forgiven me.

The real lessen I learned from this came through GOD's chastening. It was to know myself, GOD's Word more

completely and His intent and purposes of training and discipline. Never to merely apply any principle of His

Word outside of Love, wisdom and knowledge or His Will!!! Absolutely, to never tempt GOD by placing a

vulnerable child or anyone in harms way. We paid a high price and it could have been heartbreakingly higher

blindly following the twisting of some of the scriptures and principals expected of us in TWI. I thank GOD that

    He saved us.

My son still Loves, honors and respects GOD!!! He is a very uncomplicated and loving person. He understands

God and His Love through godly music and the giving and receiving of Love. I cannot possible tell You what a

treasure He is to know and learn from!!!

Pro 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

The Gospels are loaded with examples of how Jesus taught and trained up His disciple

and the rest of the new testament is heavily concerned with how we are to walk as children of GOD and act in

our own families and His family. The Word of GOD states specifically what we are to do and what we are not to

do in training up our children and new members in the word. We are to keep them safe with care and

watchfulness. Not causing them to stumble or to be put into any position to stumble or to be made vulnerable to

    harm.

  16. Hi RG

I am printing this stuff out. Is laCresent near Stillwater? Sounds like a great market--we almost moved to Mn--wish we had--or of course Bangor! LOL

La Cresent is right across the Mississippi River bridge from La Crosse, Wisconsin and Bangor is 17.5 miles from La Crosse

This weekend--I am having a yardsale and am going to bake on Sunday--AND--I am going to make that jam. I have not tried to--since I burnt my hand.

Be careful!!! It is so easy, You will do it easily!!!

Question---can I use canning jars to freeze? Absolutely, You just need new lids; and rings only, if they are corrodedI actually have some jam jars in storage--I may go get those. What a great gift idea. You could make scones--jam--mock clotted cream and do up a basket for someone. I used to do that all the time--or make an English tea tray for everyone on Sundays. Geisha

  17. Thank you ((((White Dove))))),

I needed to be reminded to reflect the highest degree of my attention and focus on the people who truly matter

the very most in my life; My two Families; both earthly and Heavenly. To pause often, to remember that every

cause both small and great is something to be weighed and considered well.

Are We not taught the greatest lessens in the most down to earth simplest, and purest of ways???

That purity of ways chastens and cleanses us. With it our aim's and our prospectives's untangle and become

    less complicated and more selfless.

Not only do I seek a true relationship with and a true understanding of GOD in my life with all my heart, mind

and strength, but I seek that brand new feeling I get when He chastens me and cleanses me with his Love and

    His Word.

How many times have we all thought or said: " Oh but to be brand new again" Fresh and clean as a new borne

babe. When I was a child, due to my childish ways I used to fear being chastened reproved or corrected. I was

a rebel; and a righteous one in my own eyes. Humbling myself or submitting might make me weak and

vulnerable. I never relied on anyone else's strength; they might pull the rug out from under me and fail me. I

was so scared of those potential possibilities, I could never really let my guard down or anyone truly into my

    life.

Well, the only wise GOD knew that and out of His perfect Love carefully and precisely, at exactly all the right

times and in the very simplest of ways; so that I could see them, showed me His absolute strength and power.

Saving me when I didn't deserve or appreciate it. I wasn't ever capable of absolute power and authority over

anyone including myself. I lack the amount of Love, Wisdom and Knowledge to ever make it all on my own. I

may not be the brightest star in the sky, but I am glad to no longer be that rebellious child whose actions were

fearfully and selfishly based. I really couldn't do anything in my life alone without GOD. I would have never

made it past five years old; if that, without GOD!!!

Defiant against authority, fighting to overthrow and revolt against true power

and authority at best is absolutely foolish,...even Satan understands that. The Love of GOD constrained me, not

fear of His power or justice. I was already worthy of His justice; but He Gave me His Love, His Care, and His

watchful protection instead of what a rebel deserves or should get. Usually rebels do themselves in by their

very own nature and actions, I am glad that He rescued and rescues me from all things earthly.

Seek what is true, real and important and never fear your mistakes or being corrected; GOD alone, through His

Love and gifts to us makes us brand new, clean again!!! If GOD is for us who can be against us??? No one!!!

So right back at You GOD; I am ALL for You!!!

All of Romans chapter 8 speaks to the rebel in my soul! Now when I feel rebellious I redirect it; toward being a

rebel for GOD...not against Him! That truly makes me strong, invincible and protected.

What that professor taught White Dove, was so right on and clear! GOD is my Father and You are my Family

my first and utmost primary focus and concern!!!

Rom 8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what [is] the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to [the will of] God.

Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.

Rom 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Rom 8:30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

Rom 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who [can be] against us?

Rom 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

Rom 8:33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? [it is] God that justifieth.

Rom 8:34 Who [is] he that condemneth? [it is] Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Rom 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? [shall] tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Rom 8:36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

Rom 8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

Rom 8:38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

Rom 8:39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Thank you GOD for chastening me and teaching me that it is a good and needed process!!!

Pro 19:18 Chasten thy son while there is hope, and let not thy soul spare for his crying.

Deu 8:5 Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, [so] the LORD thy God

    chasteneth thee.

Pro 13:24 He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.

Hbr 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

Hbr 12:7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father

    chasteneth not?

Rev 3:19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

    The Serenity Prayer

    God grant me the serenity

    to accept the things I cannot change;

    courage to change the things I can;

and wisdom to know the difference.

    Living one day at a time;

    Enjoying one moment at a time;

    Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;

Taking, as He did, this sinful world

    as it is, not as I would have it;

Trusting that He will make all things right

    if I surrender to His Will;

That I may be reasonably happy in this life

    and supremely happy with Him

    Forever in the next.

    Amen.

    --Reinhold Niebuhr

Trust in the LORD with all your heart

    and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways acknowledge him,

and he will direct your paths.
