Sacred vs. Secular is an artificial designation. Nothing in reality is divided up that way.
I used to be ashamed of my love of and education in the humanities. I was wrongly influenced to think that if it wasn't sacred, and then beyond that, the rightly divided brand of sacred it was a waste of time.
If some lyric of Black Sabbath speaks of the despair of existence without Christ is it not valuable on some level?

Yeah, let's us fur shore remember to not listen to any songs that might touch our lonliness, our emptiness, our funny bone, our naughtiness or our sensuality.
Let's us fur shore not look at any art that is disturbing, or erotic, or angry. It must fall in the category of the sacchrine crap found in your latest Watchtower.
Let's us fur shore not watch drama that doesn't start with "once upon a time" and end with "and so they lived happily ever after".
Such dreck might remind us that we are human. More powerless than we think. Groaning and travailing, waiting for our redemption. Subject to despair...taking comfort in company that has been there and/or will be there.
That gol' dang secular music and art and drama is for weaklings...for the human all too human. We must rise up as SOGWAPS and claim our ubermensch status. What power the church has if they only knew it!
Viva Wagner!...and...and...and...Norman Rockwell.

I'm sorry. I thought the X-catheter post regarding Nolan Ryan was the final answer. It was Nolan's daughter Carol.
X-catheter:
Perhaps my civil rights were violated, but the official policy was that four unrelated adults could not live under the same roof in that community unless it was an official apartment building...and believe me, in that community there were no apartment buildings.

What's an elastic collision? Is that when the MOG is wearing Sansabelt slacks?

And so you guessed it...it was in a bar and I remember it like it was yesterday...I was listening to the music of The Swinging Paps when all of a sudden Nolan Ryan came up and asked me if I needed more harmony in my home.
Ex - speaking of Nxxxx Yxxx - I will always remember him helping me out...
...I was coordinating a Way home with four guys. Some of our "family fund" turned up missing and I had my suspicions. After confronting the individual "with the Word" he wouldn't 'fess up so I proceeded to put my hands around his throat. As my clench got tighter he screamed out of the upstairs bedroom window "HELP! POLICE!"
When the police arrived we were "back in fellowship" and he had 'fessed up. However, the police found out four adult males were living together in an upscale part of town and told us this situation had to change...it was a violation of zoning laws. I ignored it and got some sort of citation and had to appear in court.
I called HQ and they put me in touch with Nxxxx. He came down and had us "sprung" in five minutes. I don't know what he said to the judge but it was cool having an advocate who knew what he was doing.

I have a recurring dream where I'm running from a very malicious, evil presence.
I can hear the racing footsteps getting closer and closer...the icy breath...a morbid incomprehendable rush of syllables...evil emanating like a rope forming a noose around my neck...
...I keep slipping and falling...then it's too late...I look back for the last time as my mouth forms a blood curdling scream that will never be heard...
...the last thing I see is Boutros Boutros Ghali, Nadia Comaneci and Dag Hammarskjold...

Can't remember if Mike Singletary was "seed" or just garden variety possessed...remember how wide his eyes were on the field?
Of course he's now a minister...isn't that just like the adversary?...take a seed boy and make him a preachin' ex-middle linebacker.

Those two fat twins on the motorcycles are born of the wrong seed...nobody that fat could do it unless they were seed boys.

Generally, if you are not from midwestern America you are highly suspect.

Barbra Striesand
Mohammed Ali
Just about anyone who came along and obliterated their colleagues was suspect.
It's surprising I've never heard Tiger Woods on the "wrong seed" list.

Although I wasn't in the 9th Corps I always check it out...perhaps because it was 2 ninth Corps who pulled me out of the valley of human need and set me on high in a mind numbing cult. It was in early September, 1979 so I must have been one the first heathen they found...all of a sudden I found myself talking to a very dark, mysterious fellow with mesmerizing eyes and a smiley chick with very large breasts...and the first thing I saw after that was white name tags with green lettering and the words 9th Corps.

Who is this Juedes guy?
Why has he become the final word on anything?
What are his credentials?

I'd say "All falling is walking and letting your nose hit the ground"
It's a half-empty, half-full thing...depends on your world view.
However, what kind of person would establish falling as the norm and walking as the aberration?

Man, when the mood is right- when the moon is a stray dog on the ridge and I'm feelin' like slummin' like some nighthawk at the diner on the boulevard of broken dreams I slap on some Tom Waits...
every time I hear Putnam County I go back home:
I guess things were always quiet around Putnam County
kind of shy and sleepy as it clung to the skirts of the 2-lane
that stretched out like an asphalt dance floor
Where all the old timers would hunker down
in bib jeans and store bought boots
lyin' about their lives and the places they'd been.......

Did you say "get the ball rolling" or get the kaballa rolling...for it sounds like that's your current freak - some sort of hidden, mystical kaballa-esque gnostic esotericism.
I'm fascinated with you...you either truly believe this stuff (which is disturbing) or your ability to carry on this ruse borders on evil genius.
