My heart was broken as I watch the poor kids trapped in the school in Central China during a 7.9 magnitute earthquake.

Reminds me of when we had the bad hurricanes in 2003 here in Orlando. I can only offer advice from that experience that me and my Mom went through....

Stay home and safe, dont travel on roads that have debris and power lines down. Listen to the radio for enmtertainment and news.

Use bottled water and canned goods, also if you have a Coleman gas stove use it carefully. Oatmeal can be made using heated water, make instant coffee, make tea too by boiling water with your coleman stove.

Stay cool as possible in th eheat, warm in the cold weatehr

As roads are cleared, try and get water and more ice and canned food

If necessary drive to the nearest comfortable Motel/Hotel to stay awhile if a family member is suffering too much without the power. Be prepared for the fact that these will be jammed and booked up for miles

Also say your prayers and do what you can to make it through this awful time. I will say a prayer right now to God, thanking him for his protection and mercy in this situation.

I really hope you called the Police about that rape in Montana. Its against the law and he might be raping other women if you dont report him. In many states there is no statue of limitations on reporting rape, but esp if there is some DNA evidence, its always best to go to an emergency room after a rape and have them do a rape kit testing on you and get interrviewded by the Police rape squad. PLZ do this if you are ever raped

Cowgirl I might suggest that you have a partner on your runs.

The advice to see a Doctor is good, but until your are diagnoised I would be careful with intense exercise until you are cleared for it

I wont go into your medical history, but I will say my sister had a TIA and she ended up having to quit smoking

It sounds like lack of Oxygen to your brain that caused the disorientation, seeing as how it happenned when you were running

But.....a Doctor should give you a full medical examination to rule out ...diabetes ( both high and low blood sugar can cause disorientation, do you know what you blood sugar is?) TIA this is common esp if you have a chemical imbalance such as smoking would cause, or caffiene, ( did you take any hihg caffeine "energy drinks"?)

I am curious to see what the doctor says about these episodes, and he simply shrugs his shoulders and says "I dont know" then plz go get a 2nd opinion

In any case plz use some safety precautions when you go out running, ....ex. have a cell phone on you, have a partner with you, run in a public place in a well lit area where there are police nearby who can react quickly if you have an episode that is more severe than your previous ones.

And to answer your question...YES I have had similar episodes to this but I have known disease processes going on.....diabetes, Heart Disease, taking blood pressure meds, that tend to cause little epidodes

I went back to school and became a Licensed Practical Nurse

I took my Mom into my home and took care of her for 5 years before she died

I established good relations with my brother and sister, and her children and grandchildren

But most importantly, I was able to pray to God without the twisted and heretical doctines of the Way, so I hope you also realize, you are not the only one they abused, so lets all stick together....

Thats what we all will look like in 20 years if we don't get outside and get some exercise!
