WaywardWayfer - I did the Body for Life program along with my wife, and found it extremely difficult. I simply was't disciplined enough. IF you can keep to the exercise routine and diet then you do benefit - although there is no garantee you end up looking like those pictures. I have met two people who did end up looking fantastic, but both of them almost lived at the gym in order to accomplish it. But again, IF you are disciplined enough to follow it, then go for it. Personally, I've found Aitkens to be the diet for me. Great results, and feel real good!

Rafael, Very interesting argument. Looking at the context and I too now believe you are correct. The statement by the pharisees was in direct defence of Jesus's last accusation - John 8:39b Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham. Jesus had already agreed that they were actual of the same seed as Abraham (John 8:37) , but denied that they were spiritually children of him, and also that God was not their Father. Those nations who worshipped other than the true God were called fornicators and harlots. So their response tried to defend both those accusations - Acc: You are not children of Abraham Def: We are not born of fornicators (those who worship another God) Acc: God is not your Father Def: we have one Father - God! Pretty mutch settles it for me. Another one bites the dust! Well done.

What makes a group good or bad? Could it be something as simple as motivation? I'm not talking about right or wrong, as can anyone say honestly that one group is fully right and another fully wrong? Anybody who has dealth with WC or JS of CFF, would agree that they are very good hearted people. Their fruit also suggests this. Now if they are the leaders of CFF, then I cannot fully speak againts the group in it's current format. But.... I have noticed it's usually the power hungry people that ultimatly end up at the top of these types of groups. There is just not enough protection againts it. For example, they are 'ordaining people' very quickly, instead of allowing them to prove themselves over many years. They are making IMHO similar mistakes that lead to twi getting to where they are today, with the exception of no VP or martindale...yet.
