  1. I think I see the woman(?) You're talking about. Behind the guy with the purple turban. I see what you mean about it not being angled right. Seems like a few are staring at the sand castle but others are looking at the camera, in different directions etc. ...It's hard to be humble when you own a Rottweiler...
  2. I see the white guy in back you're talking about but can't see the white woman whos face is cut in half. ...On the eighth day, God created Rottweilers...
  3. You've got to be kidding..I mean is this thing for real? Or is this just a doctored photo or somebodies idea of a sick joke or what? Who are these people and what the heck is this for? ...On the eighth day, God created Rottweilers...
  4. I liked Roseanne Too! I have to admit when it first came out, it took me awhile to warm up to it. I thought it should have ended a couple seasons before it actually did. I never cared for the new Becky. Fantasy Island didn't hold up over time for me. As Dark Shadows. Loved it as a kid, when I see it now it's just not the same. ...On the eighth day, God created Rottweilers...
  5. When "The View" comes on I usually flip the station sofast there is smoke coming out of the remote. I can't even give an opinion on how bad it is...I just know I wouldn't like it. Howard Stern in my opinion is an ugly perverted sick oinker. I woudn't even give him number 1 spot because he would relish in it. P.T.L,lol I liked that show. Me and my mom used to watch it in the 80's before all the controversy started. We loved "Tammy's House Party" And I always thought Tammy had a great voice! I thought she could belt out some of those tunes so well! Honestly! ...On the eighth day, God created Rottweilers...
  6. NO need to apolgize on this end. I don't care for Oprah at ALL. Also, I was going to mention one of my personal picks, but didn't want to get slammed for it. But since it's just my lil opinion..why not? I Love Lucy, the original, I CAN'T STAND! I think it's hairbrained. If anyone acted like that in real life they'd be put away. I kept this secret for many years, til one day this local horror show host "Son of Svenghoulie" featured on his Saturday afternoon horror show, The Long long long trailer..staring Lucille Ball and Desi Arnez. He stated that anything with Lucille Ball in it was scary. EEEEEEEEK! That's when I knew I wasn't alone. ...On the eighth day, God created Rottweilers...
  7. As far as I know it was just a one time thing. With Rick Rockwell and Darva Conger who's marriage lasted about 5 minutes. On a sidenote, for any Twilight Zone fans, Darva's mom was an actress named Susan Harrison. She played the ballerina in an episode called "5 characters in search of an exit" Remember the one where the the five characters are trapped in a some sort of container with no memory of how they arrived there. The Major hits on the idea of forming a human ladder to reach the top. Then he falls into the snow below. and we realize they are dolls in a Christmas toy donation barrel. ...On the eighth day, God created Rottweilers... 8. Ex! That's quite allright Lol. I kind of thought of that being the initials of the other when I wrote it, but I was not around for the way 2. So her name means nada to me. Cool Waters, That Ken Barry episode I barely remember, and I consider myself somewhat of a Brady Bunch aficionado. That must have been last season. And what about that doll story you mentioned HMMM?
  9. Ex that is very cute. I remember RR playing "Death" in an old Twilight Zone episode and I remember thinking, if that's what death looks like...COME AND GET ME!!! Well...not really (just in case he's listening) ...I don't wanna be a vampire anymore....
  10. Okay, that's what I was kind of figuring. Thanks for pointing that out.
  11. As usual I'm sitting here laughing myself silly. I never wanted to see the Natural, until NOW! Now I've got to see this. And you bring up some very good points about mirroring society. That thing about goosebumps amazed me. I mean I'm the one who talked myself blue with some of these wayfers about fantasy vs reality and how God gave us imaginations. Of course, that being said, RL Stein (forgive me if I have the name off) does have some rather gory books after the Goosebumps series aimed for teenagers. They made ME sick. Of course, I do get squeamed out rather easily. It's when they start killing animals that I draw the line, I don't care if its Stephen King. And he is like a Stephen King for Jr's. Hope thanks for explaining the Star Wars spiritual connection. I was trying to remember it, (never was a fan)and that makes total sense that they would think that. BTW, I saw Dorian Gray long ago, when I was a kid, and I don't remember the homosexual aspect. Of course, like I said, I was a kid and a lot of stuff went over my head.
  12. I can't believe how familiar all this stuff is with people I've never even met! Nightmare on Elm St. was a disappointment to me too! All the hype I was expecting too much. Though I did learn to appreciate it later. When I saw Titanic I was yet to be on the road to being a recovered wayaholic, and still had much of the ole waybrain in me. I felt like I should not like then ending either! lol. Tom Petty thing, feminists groups had a tizzy over that one too. I won't go there. lol. Devil Dolls! Ever since I saw that ole twilight zone episode, Talking Tina? Was that it? BRRRRR! I made my mom move all my dolls from my room! I still keep them in another room to this day! The lion witch wardrobe... I love childrens fantasy. Fantasy is a great way to put across morals, ideas, situations in a different, more enlightening setting. And Jesus told parables didn't he? The homo rant cracked me up. I can now say as a discerning adult, I am quite capable of seperating truth from reality myself, and the artist's work that I may enjoy from their personal life, which is NOMB. Oh yeah and it was Falwell who had the thing about the teletubbies wasn't it? He's another one who has a thing about "Homos."
  13. I'm gonna have to try this cookie recipe. Minus the oatmeal and nuts. I don't like oatmeal and nuts. But I'm gonna wait til the weather gets cooler.
  14. OH MY GOD. Now I not only see where that is coming from but... that movie came out in like 80,81, and I had taken PFAL in 79 I think. So when I saw that movie...omg....I kind of thought the same thing! I was so wayferized! I can't believe I just now remembered that. Nobody told me anything aobut ET from the Way either. I wasn't really going anymore or anything. I was just so wayferized I automatically thought something along those lines! Too much!
  15. I think some of these adults need to be careful they don't go overboard on this witchhunting. Kids don't read all this evil devil stuff into things like us "mature adults" (ahem) do. When kids are 10,11,12 years old they are quite capable of reading adult books anyway. Doesn't mean they understand everything though. Adults who try to slam all this spiritual stuff into kids heads may end up confusing them. I don't know. Just my opinion. Didn't mean to get sidetracked there!
  16. This is too funny! Now Harry Potter doesn't surprise me, cause a lot of Fundies and others yelled about poor ole Harry. Same goes for D&D. But Star Wars? ET? And POKEMON???? No wonder these advanced classers were so secretive with what they learned! I guess I never got into the "in" group far enough to be able to be privy to a lot of this privilidged info!
  17. Your mind is being taken over Ex. It's those devilish books that you read. I saw that other thread where you mentioned that. Don't you know those books attract DEVIL SPIRITS?
  18. Yeah Yeh! I remember being told that head thing was wrong too! That it couldn't happen. Hey who's to say? Maybe it was a vision like the snowfall?
  19. Oh....My...GOD!!!! THAT is the funniest thing I've read today! ROTF!
  20. Stuff I heard from various wayfers... 1."Mary Poppins" was devilish because she was a witch and there was levitation in it. Gee and I thought they were using wires. 2. "The Day the Earth Stood Still" had an anti christ figure in it. It was Klaatu the alien, who's earth name was Mr. Carpenter, (nudge nudge) and brought messages of peace to our sinful earth. I'm just curious if anyone out there remembers any more? I have to come back to edit this, I just notced I misspelled discern. This is why I flunked DA Way, I can't even discern spelling never mind devil spirits. oh well. [This message was edited by Vampirella on July 14, 2002 at 11:22.]
