The entire family is now aware that the killer of their daughter/sister appeared to get off without any responsibility for this crime. They have opened the thing up and are filing 2nd degree murder charges against him. JC has said that he'll keep looking for charges until they make something work.

He's home from Mayo, will begin 9 weeks of chemo in a couple weeks.

Police called to post office to investigate 'suspicious' X-rated package

LILBURN, Ga. (AP) ? A post office and surrounding area were evacuated after a mail carrier came across a suspicious, vibrating package. X-rays soon revealed the box to be X-rated.

U.S. Postal Service spokesman Michael Miles said the package aroused suspicion from a carrier and his supervisor, who took the priority-listed mail into the parking lot and called police.

The Gwinnett County bomb squad, U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the Gwinnett County Fire Department evacuated the building and the parking lot Wednesday and shut down a nearby street.

A high-tech robot was sent in to pick up the package and X-ray it. The X-ray showed wires and objects, Miles said. When it was opened, authorities found adult toys, including a vibrator and massage oil.

The resident to whom the package was addressed will be notified of what happened, but will not be prosecuted.

"Since these are all legal items, we won't be doing any follow-up investigation," police spokesman Cpl. Dan Huggins said.

Heard from J.C. again and got more not so good news. They found another tumor in his neck and think they can treat this one with massive chemo/radiation there at Mayo Clinic.

We've also been told that his daughter's alleged killer has been released of all charges. I can't go any further in this one cuz I'm just too fuking enraged about it. J.C. and his wife do not know of this yet. Thanks for your continued prayers for this family.

Still praying and will continue to pray for Michael and your entire family!

He had the surgery at Mayo Clinic yesterday and got great news. The Cancer was not as far down as they'd first thought, he will not have to have a colostomy bag, for which he's VERY thankful and no chemo! His local doctor had given a very grim diagnosis, but the good folks at Mayo were much more helpful. And correct!

Thanks again, you two, for your prayers, for always being faithful and for having the balls to stand up and say so.

They lived in Connecticut when we were WOW in 86-87 and left twi, moved to White Plains, New York around that time, or '88.

Meeting with Oncologist and report is that the cervical section that they removed was the whole thing, this including a most recent pap and pelvic.

This man and his family needs a break!

1. His daughter was shot and killed by his other daughter's boyfriend ,as is alleged, in May.

2. He's lost his grandson's to the dead daughter ex husband, who was never a part of their lives until now.

3. His other daughter, who's boyfriend allegedly killed her sister, has gone back to and married the alleged murderer.

4. He's just been diagnosed with terminal Colon Cancer.
