I must ask because as I look around the stories on this website there is stuff about the POTP (that was around 1985 or 2 or 3 years after (still the 1980's) and then the really new stuff like conversations with Craig Martindale between 2004 and ending in 2006. I mean, I did not even know who Barack Obama was in 2004 or 2005!!! Even the "new" stuff being discussed(like the latest radio show discussion with the special guest Trunk Co-ordinator of the USA) was a freakin long time ago (the discussion is about stuff that took place in the 1980s-some members possibly were not even born then). So again, is it just me? or do we need some "current" topics in the main website not the forums-the forums are the only thing I have noticed so far that are actually current. Of course that could possibly be debated to, like was/is Barack Obama a US Citizen. How current is that discussion? Even Fox News isn't pushing that one much anymore. And if it's anti Obama then you know fox news will not hesistate to push it.

Now I know why people never want to talk religion or politics. Baseball seems to be a much safer subject here on this website. My butt is sore from all the spanking I've received here. That was my flesh. I'll apologize for what you accuse me of "mocking others" (well paid ministers who are supposed to be leading people to Christ on tv). Now can we get to the real issue? what does the Word of God say about how to get born again? What does the word of God say about speaking in tongues? I am not perfect. We need to dwell and focus on what the Word of God says and not on what I am doing that is wrong. It is not about me. I am nothing. I am not a minister. I am not paid money for teaching anything. It is about the Word of God. Please finish and get done with all my imperfections and when you are done with all my wrongs then please do not neglect to address what the Word of God says. Take all the time you need to address my wrongs but in the end please address what the Word of God says. People really believe that is how you get born again (inviting Jesus into your heart). That is very sad especially when the truth of Romans 10 nine is available. Who is teaching the truth of God's Word??? You can talk about me and my imperfections all you want but that will not get anyone born again. Are you here just to attack people? Who is here to say what the Word of God says??? Again I ask, who is here to say what the Word of God says?? This post is about truth vs tradition on youtube.com. that is the spirit of truth fellowship international. I don't think "Martindale" has anything to do with it and neither does the current way international.

I don't know that S&TIF ever charged. But when I took PFAL about the time that Abraham Lincoln was President I paid a donation/registration fee or whatever it was called. You had to pay to take "da class". and then to listen again you had to wait until enough people for a new class were available in your area. Here you just log onto the internet and presto!!! You can listen anytime on your puter.

Imagine that: learning the Bible without paying a "registration fee" for a class!! I have been getting blessed by some of the teachings that anyone with a computer and internet access can see and hear. Anyone else share my jubilation?

It's now the top of the 8th and the Cardinals are leading the Brewers in Milwaukee 5 runs to 0. I'm enjoying following them this year. Pujols, Molina and Franklin are going to the All Star Game in beautiful Saint Louis where dreams come true (I know that the real words are beautiful Ohio where dreams come true, I know , I know but hey, they can come true in St. Louis too!) As long as they win this games (and they better!) then they will continue to be in first place. Go Cardinals!

Did ESPN really need to update all of the USA and the whole world up to the minute every batting attempt of Manny Ramiriz last night? Everyone in the world apparently needed to know immediately that Ramirez walked in his first at bat upon return after his 50 game suspension (which was really not a 50 game suspension because he got to play in the minors). I thought it was overkill. They were going to keep up updated later each time he batted against the Padres. I just turned it off. It really was not critically important to me. I like baseball but the Dodgers are not the only team in the world. The player I would choose for up to the minute updates would be of course, Albert Pujols. Pujols is exciting to watch and did not just come out of rehab. I am sure each of you can choose an exciting player to be updated on. Ok, glad I got that off my chest. I feel better now. :)

Thank you for the welcome to Hwy29 and to Tom Strange. Tonight I saw the last two innings of SL Cards vs SF Giants. I am starting to enjoy watching the Cardinals again. They were swinging at some bad pitches but finally won in the 10th inning. Now for my American League team (the Yankees:)) This from Tuesday night has to help (can you believe this?) Boston Red Sox 10 runs and the Baltimore Orioles 0 at a certain point in the game (I just heard a quick blurb about it, so I don't know what inning that score was at) guess who wins the game? The Orioles of course!!! 11 to 10 remarkable!!! MLB is starting to get exciting now. Make no mistake about it though the Red Sox are damn good (that's why we Yankee fans hate em so much,lol). I am just amazed that Baltimore came back like that (again that was Tuesday night June 30th). I'm pulling for the Cardinals and the Yanks in the world series that's what my heart wants. My mind says it'll be the Dodgers vs the Red Sox. Only time will tell.

To people who think I am pro TWI I refused to watch this youtube video (at first) because the teacher was once upon a time a big name in TWI which turned me off (at first) to even listening to it. But I just (in the end) had to check it out and I am glad I did.

I would like to see the Cubs finally win a world series in my lifetime just for them to overcome "the jinx" but I really love watching Pujols and the Cardinals. The Cardinals are so exciting to watch they are awesome. And of course I have to love the Yankees in the AL. What happened to the Yankees? They were kickin butt with A Rod back but now I just noticed they have slipped!! (4 games behind Boston as of 6/23/09 late afternoon).

CES and Spirt of truth fellowship have much much (a thousand times much) better internet outreach. They are on youtube, myspace, facebook and only God knows how many other zillion places on the web. TWI has no myspace, no facebook, no youtube that I know of. Are people who are committed to the Way even allowed to use the internet? That is all I can go by is the internet since I have no other information.

Yes, there is much more to this site than what I saw when I first came here. This site is similar to the universe in that there is always more to discover. When I first came here I somehow landed on a conversation about Martindale and someone talking to him unknowingly in the Toledo OH area. And I read people saying (in essence NOT exact words,but in essence) they hoped he was tormented the rest of his life for all the evil he did and stuff like that. I did not discover the lighter stuff until later. So yes I am now (at least somewhat) more enlightened that this is a more diverse group with diverse and more differing opinions than I first thought (and not just a bunch of angry mobsters with pitchforks coming to get the Way members,lol,although there may be a few of those). I have even seen a few comments where people (beside myself) remotely acknowledge some degree of thankfulness for the Word they were taught and the deliverance they received upon first believing God's Word. Some of us were not taught the Bible as children. I was a Roman Catholic and we never read the actual Bible. If I screwed up I was told to say 3 Hail Marys and 2 Our Fathers. Somof us never heard of even the concept of getting answers to prayer (praying effectually). Some of us only heard of God's wrath and fire and brimstoneiand how we were going to hell and would suffer eternal damnation etc etc etc (I trust you get the point). At least now I know I have eternal life and I have a Heavenly Father I can call on with Power of Attorney and all that. Never knew that as a Roman Catholic.

You help me to be glad to be here. I have been getting more interested in fellowshipping again with believers since being here. I have found Pressed Down shaken...etc on my space, Bob Stanley on my space and some good teaching on Speaking in Tongues on you tube. It is all very good and none of it is with twi I am very confident of that. I think (no I really believe) that there are believers who want to help others with God's Word and we ARE "ambassadors for Christ" like in II Corinthians. I have a passionate desire to apply 1st Corinthians 13 and do what I can for God. I had an earthly father who was not loving and so I have had a difficult time applying that love of God agape love but I know it is there inside of me for I am born again. Even though I can seem mean and nasty (because I sometimes feel the need-whether imagined or real- to vent) but deep inside I want to be the best believer I can be. As a Roman Catholic youngster I was at some kind of Church meeting it was led by lay clergy and they said to silently think of something you want between you and God (very unusual in the RC Church,lol). I said to God I wanted to be a better servant of Jesus Christ. Soon after that was when I came across believer and the (notorious, at least here it is notorious) Way. lol I don't know how I woulddah ever heard of what is available without the Way even though so many suffered. I personally suffered less in the Way than I did in football (where I was bullied). Anyway sorry to ramble but I am really blessed to read "so glad you're here".
