HI Igotout and Simpatico, And all who are reading this.... I have been hearing from some people. Some of them are "waiting to see" how many come. Others have said they will definately be there. I feel the same way as Igotout, It doens't matter how many show up. It will be good to see everyone who does come. I have about 50 on my personal e-mail. The ones that want to come will be here.... Some people are still a bit apprehensive, understandibly, depending on where they are at with their sense of freedom and getting a life back etc. I do want to assure them that it is a REUNION. :)--> :D--> :P--> :D--> And I want to clarify AGAIN that there will be no bible thumping and no idol worship. That is why some of the splinter people have ingored me, there is no platform for them to pontificate. :D--> Sorry I had to say that.... --> I can tell you this much.... The Way people will not be coming --> and neither will the splinter-type people. ;)--> I posted this in September so people that were interested could start stashing their money. If it is only 35-40, 7th Corps, then we will open the private dinner cruise to anyone else. I can tell you that all the hotels want reservations made with a cerdit card number BY, NO LATER THAN, June 20th . After that, they dump all the rooms that have been held for us to the PUBLIC. Your card will be charged at check out. The same is with the dinner boat. Summer time is when ALL the reunions are. Family, school, yada yada yada.... Some of the bidding Hotels let me know right up front that there was nothing available ALREADY! I have not fianalized the price on the dinner boat thing yet. It depends on: #1 how many people attend, #2 what food I order. It is less expensive if we do hors'de overs (sp)?. I hope this clears any questions people have. It will be fun weather you stay for 2 days or 4.... Oh, On Wendesday nights in the summer, at the Green Valley Ranch Casino, there is FREE JAZZ out by the gorgeous pool, with a view of the sun setting over the city of Las Vegas, and the mountains. Dear Friends, In order to get a group rate we all have to stay in the same hotel. If everybody is going to just get their own hotel reservations, they will have to figure out on their own, for their ride out to Lake Meade on sudnay night for the private dinner boat I have arrainged. (taxi $$$, rental car etc). I have arranged for a bus to pick us ALL up at the hotel we will be staying at, and take us to the Lake, and return us to the hotel (so people can drink if they wish), and not have to deal with driving at all. :P--> Also, if everyone is in the same hotel on the same wing etc, it will be much easier to get together in different groups for the other activites. (boating, ie: kayaking, sailing, houseboat etc, hiking, golfing, shopping, bungee jumping, seeing a Las Vegas Show, lunching, gambling, sitting poolside, etc). Otherwise, you will spend allot of time walking to other hotels looking to meet up with your party. You HAVE to walk through the smokey gambling section in EVERY Hotel-Casino to get to the room, that is they way they are set-up, (so you gamble your way to your room). I am still looking into the hotel of choice, so if people would rather make their own arrangements, and make their own driving and transportation arrangments to and from the Lake Meade Dinner Boat on Sunday night please let me know now!! If I get all 100 rooms booked I get a couple rooms compt. At this point in time, the dinner boat cruise on sunday night the 11th of July, is for 7th Corps. Unless of course there is not enough to fill it up..... The private boat holds 80 people. I will keep everone posted, for sure. The deadline for payment for taht that will be June 10th. If this does not sound good to you all PLEASE let me know so I do not spend allot of time checking out hotels to see what would be the most comfortable.

Dear 7th Corps, I am recieving bids from many different Hotels and Casin's for the reunion July. (other people besided 7th Corps are included in the Hotel accomodations part). I need to hear what you want to pay, what kind of room do you want? the rates for a GROUP are from $40 to $159. I want everyone to be happy, so tell me what you want! Do you want a small suit that is roomy, or do you want a small room? Some of the hotel and Casinos have a web-site that have pictures of the rooms.... I agree with 2027 a few pages back... A place for people to unload their rage and anger in a safe place would be wonderfull. When I first began to UNSTUFF my STUFFED feelings etc, this place, and waydale was a blessing. I let'er rip. :o--> I really let go, and it was great at that time for me to have somewhere to do that and not get "reprooved'. Now I am done with the anger and have moved on, have healed. ALot of it was due to the fact that I was ALLOWED to VENT. So that's my feeling on it. Any body know where Milagros Flores is? She was 7th Corps from somewhere in South America, she was so sweet. She was so impressed when I met her that I knew her name meant "Miracles Flowers"

This is a part of the end time-prophecy ...The world is going to hell. We will be paying for all this because we didn't have the balls to stop them at the beginning. Simpatico, Youre description of the river from the dam to Willow beach etc. is very accurate and perfect. It is really lovely here. I am thinking that allot of "us" will want to do this stuff, or as John stated, find a beach and sip on a few cold ones. There are tons of boats to rent etc. Lots to do here.....
