Returning XP menus.

Ok,

let's suppose someone (not me) has administrative access for their XP,

but some of the main menus under Start (Settings, etc)

aren't coming up.

How would this person restore them?

If you can point me to the answer, whether you know it yourself,

I'd appreciate it.

Well that someone (not you) while in admin mode would go to the c drive and DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS. Pick the ALL USERS folder and go to START MENU. Any missing elements can be dragged in there to restore the menu for everyone. If it is a menu for a particular user follow the same instructions and then add the missing menu items in their START MENU folder
