This cant be good, Considering the region has never experienced a hurricane, let alone a strong one it is highly unlikely the loading facilities or platforms were constructed to withstand the forces - that they will experience.
At the very least tankers will be slowed way down, at the worst there could be serious damge to facilities that could lhave along term impact
