Dead Sea Scrolls going digital

Reuters is reporting that scientists in Israel are preparing the approximately 9,000 fragments to be available on the internet for anyone to view.

This should be an exciting time for researchers in the field to access to documents that are currently only available to a few because of their fragile condition.

I'm reporting this because it interests me to find out what folks will see in these documents.

Thanks, Seth :)

My brother took me to see the Dead Sea Scrolls for my birthday many years ago when they toured into San Francisco, and it was thrilling to see.

The loving care that hid these things away, such as the complete scroll of Isaiah, and then all those who have worked on them since.

Thanks, again,
