  1. I havent seen Tori in years, but I am sure we are talking about the same person. She had dark hair a few years ago. Her sister married a fellow Kentuckian and as far as I know Tori and Ann both live in my hometown.

Tori has 3 children that I know of, a boy and then a set of twins.

I will try to contact her sister this weekend as I am going to KY. I will let you know.

  2. John, yes I know Jeff Richards, I am pretty sure he will know the guys that I asked you about. Didnt Jeff go to Mayfield or Paducah with the minutemen?

I am trying to remember Claudia. I cant place her face but do remember her name. Also, trying to remember your brother. I went WOW 75-76, 77-78, but then lived in KY till 89.

My sister worked at the Big E for a long time. We saw several entertainers there...Randy Travis, The Judds, John Anderson, Ricky Van Shelton, Kathy Mattea, etc....If you arent into country music you probably wont know who these folks are...

Tell Steve and Peggy HI for me. Kathy was supposed to give you my maiden name when you all talked again.

Will you ask Hope if she knows or you may know Evon Priddy? She was from Louisville but was in Henderson the summer b4 she went into sicksth corp. I sponsored her all 3 years.

Went to her wedding in Atlanta (Lawrenceburg) Ga several years ago.

  3. Verse 2 of Happy Birthday song for Kathy

There is a voice I'd love to hear

    Singing for all she's worth,

It'd sound so precious to our ears,

It would be like heaven on earth!

To hear that sweet voice sing a song

You know we'd have to sing-a-long!!

  4. John, that is wild. Peggy and Steve had a son together, isnt his name Steve, Jr.? I last saw them at ROA probably in late 80's or early 90's.

Right Rev. Bill Green lived in a way home in Henderson for a while b4 going to Lousville. It was in a house kinda in the country. That is where I first met Peggy and Steve. Hard to believe Nature is now in 30's but we all age, huh? (Peggy was a McMullen when I 1st met her)

Didnt know Mrs. Shroyer was from O'boro. Do they hold meetings when they go? My sis is somewhat involved in CFF. But we dont talk much.

Randy Gray, Rich Haskett, Brent or Brennan Haskett are the guys. Also a Jennifer whose dad was a dr. all went during that time.

Did you ever work at the Executive Inn?

  6. Cafegirl, I guess most of us can look back and see some good in the time we were in twi. I think that is healthy for us. I am sorry that you were so torn during a big part of your life.

I didnt get in twi till I was 19, but stayed till I was 38.

This is just one more stepping stone in life. Glean the good and chuck the rest....

Thanks for sharing your life with us.

  7. John, I know we must have met way back then. Do you know Steve and Peggy who lived in O'boro at that time? Peggy had a daughter named "Nature". Last I heard they lived in LA.

Do you ever go to Moonlite Barbeque when in O'boro. I will let you know when we get moved.

It will probably be in a yr or so.

I went to twi a couple times in 74, then started going faithfully in early 75. Do you know Randy G. or Rich H. or his brother Brent I think...it has been a long time.

  8. Littlehawk, I do not currently live in KY. But lived there till 1989, except 2 yrs wow. When we sell our business we plan on moving back to Henderson, KY.

Do you know anyone from Henderson?

I see where a couple of folks from KY have registered in the last few days.

GO WILDCATS AND CARDINALS..... I love all of them. Gotta go, the game is fixing to start.

  9. Here goes. The name of our business is A.C.T. Car Care. Our boat's name is A.C.T.1. So I thought why not Act2? Actually I feel like I am in Act 3 of my life. Act 1 was thru age 18, Act 2 was the 19 years in twi, and now Act 3 is present till who knows, maybe 75, then on to Act 4. My grandmother turns 93 next Tuesday, my other grandmother lived 2b almost 94, so I hope to surpass their ages.....

Oh, and the avatar....I collect and wear vintage hats.

Now you know....for anyone who cares!!!!

  11. Excathedra, Dot, and Watered Garden, I am so sorry for all you went thru. Thanks for sharing your lives with us, even at the expense of posters who dont have a clue and dont want to have a clue. I am so glad that all of you still love God and his son Jesus Christ.

(Ex, you have a private topic) You are my sisters-in-Christ.

  12. Excathedra, I sent you a private topic.

You are right. It is much worse than just being unfaithful to his wife.

I am so sorry for all the women that he hurt. I am thankful that I wasnt one of them. He came to Louisiana when I was a WOW. I think we all went to New Orleans. He looked at me and smiled. GAWD, I wonder what he was thinking!
