nolonger, my heart goes out to you. I do not understand how it is that these little creatures have such a tug on our hearts, but they so obviously do. When Jean and i lost the first pet we had together, a big old cat named Maxx, it was weeks before I could think of him w/o tearing up. It has been 6 years and we still miss him. Love to you at this tough time....

It is long past due for me to provide an update to all you wonderful people. I totaled up 40 who replied and I am sure others were thinking of me and/or praying who did not post.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and from Jean, as well!

It has been 9 months since the tonsils(and tumor) were removed, approx 13 months since I first noticed a swelling in my throat and who knows how long since it really was beginning to develop.

First off, still NO overt symptoms whatsoever at all, ever. Period.

Second, I am going to a local MD who is very into alternative ideas and his first idea was, obviously, well, let's get another PET scan and see if we see anything or nothing. Did that a week ago Friday and am calmly awaiting results.

Third, I continue on a diet of no sugar except for natural sugars in fruits and veggies and a mostly "alkaline" diet w/ the occasional red meat dish. Mostly salads, fruits, grains other than wheat, corn and white rice and very little to no dairy. Some fish and some chicken also.

I credit God and His Son and the power of the gift of holy spirit as was ministered to me by a wonderful loving brother in the Lord for my healing. What I have done in addition is my decision to do as I "go my way rejoicing". I thank God for all of you and many, many more who expressed their love and support. You all leave me speechless.

I thank Him for His love, mercy, grace and tenderness that He shows and shows forth in you all. You are all beyond price

He finally gave up after he was booted from Colorado for no-one Really probably knows why. He was a far sight more honest a man with far more integrity than the upper echelon, in general, exceptions noted, I am sure.....

The Del I know never tried to sell she-iite and call it milk chocolate as so many others did...

There is no need for more exposures of sin, they abound ,and need not come from the ranks of born again ones, What would be the value in a continued exposé of all the things that God has paid the price in Christ to overcome? We don't need an exposé of sin or of sins we need an exposé of God His Word and of the Lord Jesus Christ. Our calling is not one of loosing our way ,but to be On The Way to the great day of the glorious return of Jesus Christ. Until Then I'll be On The Way....... There's a fork in the road ahead for all who have lost their way if they care to get back on the well worn path.

as usual, well put, socks. sometimes we, or mostly "we", want the "all or nothin'" approach from the song in Oklahoma. As each year pases by, I realize how futile that all is.

But when someone or ones step up and say " I, or we, have The TRUTH" or some other such nonsense, THEN they are going to be held to a HIGHER standard. Or, in another way of speaking, it tends to become more black/ white, all or nothin. If one does not wish to be held to that standard and wishes to proclaim, loosely speaking, "what's a little sinnin' amongst friends (or congregants)" then that group or leader is fair game to be brought down, exposed, what have you by quote MORAL OUTRAGE end quote.

or as my old man usta say, you can't have it both ways. You cannot state, or heavily imply, that you have all the answers not known in 20 centuries and then have a secret, anything goes standard for those who can handle it. WHY???? well, mostly cuz' of what socks said -- we are what we are, mankind is fallen and needs the help, and the moral standard that goes with, that God provided in His wonderful Son Jesus. To deny that and say that with super-duper, triple top-secret knowledge, one can become free from any responsibility to live up to the one who set the standard, the framework and the deliverance in the first place, is simply the repackaging of the oldest lie as something brand shiny new. Did the Lord God really say.....hey, if you only knew more, you would be just like HIM...the only one who had ever followed that path before ended up being booted with all his buddies. A quick update from Jean, Felix's wife.

Oct. 8, 2007, Felix was given 3 months to live. His time up, on this earth was predicted to be about mid-January, 2008. Well, I gotta tell ya, he looks damn good for a dead man. He was prayed for by Rev. Chuck Masterson. We did the 21 day detox and have continued with an alkaline diet, he has a far infrared sauna dome & mat & a water treatment device that makes the water alkaline and removed chlorine, etc. from it. He is doing well, really well. Some members of my family (unbelievers) visited and my sister said, "It is as if he never was diagnosed with anything wrong or had any of those tests." He really does look great. Felix has had no sick days, none of the secondary symptoms that are supposed to be associated with his diagnosis and is healthier than some of the folks he works with, who are supposed to be healthy.

God is incredible and His Word NEVER fails!

Thank you all so much for your continued prayers on Felix's behalf. There are no words to express our gratitude and thankfulness to God for you all and what you mean to us.

Thank you, one and all! Your love and concern in my time of need have been overwhelming and I thank God for you all.
