  1. choice????HAH!! their way or the hiway, watta choice....

It is the same half-baked stuff from TWI, re-done. Most of 'em are not Bad Guys but they are buying the sameold-same old that vic was dishing out.

I am happy to think and believe as I see fit and to extend the same to everyone who ever sits in my home for a bible study, fellowship or home church meeting. I hope to God they disagree!, how will they or I ever LEARN anything if all we ever do is barf back the same info time after time. I enjoy hearing and reading what other men and women have to say, it keeps you thinking and allows God to teach you.

No more stupid stale ex-way classes for moi, thank you!!

  2. Dear Dot--nice to be seen, as my Bronx friend used to say... and nice to see you, as well.

You have real guts to share as honestly as you do. What a shame that was so rarely seen and even less valued back in the day. I am sorry that Mrs.W had to deal with the stuff she did; -- it could not have been easy to have kept her mouth zipped and I truly believe she was as conflicted as the rest of us. God was so wonderful but veeeck was such a bundle of contradictions; something she hardly could have known when they first met. What a waste it all seems in so many ways.... it seems that sometimes we thought that a false prophet had a sign he carried saying "Beware! False Prophet!" Vic obviously had many strong qualities and abilities-- he was false, I believe, because he never really left his old man behind. He seemed to think he could be a man of God on his own terms. We can now clearly see the results of that thinking.

I do believe now that if Mrs. W had outed vic and his shenanigans, vic would have turned on her and ripped her apart even as others such as yourself were. He was in love with his power and fans and would not have let anything touch that, I think. What a rotten shame.... well, I believe he will answer in a day coming....

  3. just wanted to clear up a minor detaill... the Kipp farm ended up being in the possesion of the Way, as far as I can remember but it was not connected to the property on hiway 29 and wirewillie road, that was originally all Wierwille farm property(later property was bought from others surrounding). The Kipp farm, as I dimly now recall, was on the other side of New Knoxville, out somewhat towards St Marys. There was a house on the property, a barn and other smaller buildings. Do not remember who lived there in the 70s, things may have changed later, etc.

Mrs. Wierwille was NOT stupid, she CERTAINLY knew and did very little if anything to confront... she became as frozen as many of us did, thank God somebody at times called him on his kr*p but he had it fixed so it never made any difference, he never REALLY was accountable. There are NO good answers to the disgrace he made of his life and his "ministry", which perhaps really might have been of benefit had he truly lived the servant's life, not the life of some potentate....

  4. believe it or no, the kork poem was attributed BUT, BUT, BUT hardly anyone knew in the later korks, I betcha...

you certainly would have thought it was ALL veepster the way we had to memorize the thing at one point...

reminds me of all the "correcting" that was done to wonderful old hymns because they wasn't "akk-eritt" 'nuff fer the blessed Way minn-uss-tree, doncha know...... :asdf::asdf::asdf:

  5. .....the rock and stone was for the fireplace....

I was at HQ my interim year when the kork Chalet went up. Another grifter LIE...it was for the Corps to use, not lcm. More smarm and silky smooth bs from vpw, con man of con men....

a WHOLE lot of heart and love went into it or it would have ROTTED to the ground by now....

    grrrrrrrrrrrr

  6. We were once part of a class that was run on a houseboat in Sausalito, CA.

Not only did we have the tides and seasickness to contend with, but it was a fly over zone

for helicopters from SFO to Marin. well, P*tte Ad*ms, now Ho88s, was the class instructor.

We had to call the heliport and find out their schedule. Then John M*Cl33lan had to raise

the volume any time the helios flew by. It was ahoot. Don't remember too much elseas far

as grads, price, etc, or even the year, but it sure was an unusual one![/size]

Well, Priscilla, I came up from San Jose for about 7-8 sessions of that class. It was run in the fall/early winter sometime of 1973. Richard Earhart(sp?) lived on the houseboat as well as some others I cannot remember right now. And it wasn't really Sausalito but Marin City, I believe, though close enough to Sausalito. Seems to me Mark Sanguinetti, who posts here, was a student in the class.... so we must have known each other, at least by sight...

  7. married first time 24 years ago, divorced 3 years later...

.......single for 7 years, met my wife, lived together for a year, married a year later; together 14 years now.

prefer the company of one exclusve partner--it is work, for both but we know we are both hard-heads and are thankful we found each other and that we are willing to put up w/ the foibles for the good stuff we have made together.....

  8. First, thank you all for all your response--I found it quite overwhelming.

Now, for the good part... here is a section from an email I received today from Linda

...... ".... I want to let you know that the doc had to stumble all over himself when he told me today that the scans must have been in error and there is no cancer anywhere!!! Praise God huh!! He then said my liver looked like it had some cysts and they wanted to run some tests..... but my thought is to forget about it as it's probably all the toxic crap they fed me to test for the cancer just stressing my liver, so I'll just detox and get on a liver building diet for awhile and all will be well... Thank you for your prayers and for teaching me a few things from the Word. I'm here to say we have a very good God! Write back soon! Linda"....

Thank you for your kind hearts inpraying and replying. It has encouraged me to come to this section and pray for others, as well.

God is beyond all my expectation  ... he truly is the Lord of the Dance

  9. why give any heed to ignorant little children like these? they convict themseles out of their own mouth....

defined biblically as fools they are not worth your breath or time.

Thet were not there, they do not know and cannot say what is true and what is not. pathetic, really...

do not engage them, you will receive more intelligent response from a mule or a jackass then from such as these. Ignore them, they will depart...

  10. spot on, Raf....he was COLD busted and gave out a typical Wierwillean-style yarn: when in doubt, blame God. and 'a course, always with heavy Cecil B. DeMille-style theatrics...

...."Man, I was SNOWED in, I mean A freakin' BLIZZARD, nothin was movin, NOTHIN......"

R-R-R-IGHT, vic, sure, if you say so cuz'n we KNOWS yure the man-o-gawwddd, fer sure.... :sleep1:

  11. I own a number of Alfa Romeo cars, so there is the "alfa" part. We have 3 cats, I really enjoy jazz and Alfas and am therefore an -- alfakat -- ...besides the tie-ins w/ my first name....

The avatar is a grille shot of an Alfa prototype of a few years back, showing the famous heart-shape that Alfa Romeo has been famous for for at least 75 years of their existence.

  12. Thank you, one and all!!--- and you, as well, Tom... a man apart or in parts or all apart or...

I am not here as much these days but appreciate you all, even the ones I disagree with cuz here at da 'spot, we get ta disagree and not get cast out or cast forth or sally forth or some girl in the fourth kork or....well, I am sure you catch my drift...or not... :offtopic::offtopic:

anyways, I am doing fine and can hardly believe I am in my fifties. Jean sends her love back, jardinero...and you are ORDERED to see us next time you are in Cali... we are only barely 3 hours from SFbay area so no excuses.... :nono5: :P :D

  13. This is becoming a very funny thread. Socks I think you are getting funnier as you get older. Hell, my wife would have just taken Dave off the wall and smashed him over my head. (But actually we both like Dave.)

I remember reading that article when I got my Way Mag that month. That was during the time when they were all on a confrontation kick. You were supposed to be grateful for it or some shxt like that if I recall. I would rather have read this thread. It's better to laugh than cry. :biglaugh:

Bob & Dootski are scary to me now when I look back. No wonder he never seemed to liked me. I was just never able to rise up in my fakeness enough to satisfy him I suppose.

Oh, and his confrontation to me was not at all like this nice syrupy article he wrote. Not at all! To me it was more like "my way othe highway". Europe can have him!

More analysis please. I need more laughs!

John, you REALLY hit the nail on the head about SO much that happened in the way----was one able to rise up enough in their "MO-TECH" inspired fakeness to really be kork, wow or what-evah ... waht self-delusional k-rapppp Bub is putting out, .... same as it ever was, same as it ever was......:asdf:

  14. If they play tennis, I wanna be the visor advisor-- can I, huh? can I, please....

What a bunch of self-righteous twaddle...do they really live like that at this age in their lives?? I can just picture somebody at the SNS for the first time hearing that and running out the door as fast as possible....

  15. in their rooms?? HA!! There were people cookin' s-hi* in the damn dining room for a couple of weeks until some electrician guy said the place was gonna burn down and lcm banned 'em in the dining room...

Yeah, I was there at em-poor-i-am during the first full year of corpse Training, Sir! in da ssixkkthppthh kork so I do know what the flock I am talking about.... mostly....:drink:   B)

  16. gee whiz, half-baked kraappp still has the same fragrance 3 years later..... only MORE

    whooda thunk it???

    .

    .

    .

.... and waddahayseed, your stuff ages well, as well .... same pomposity and gassy volume we have come to know and love from you.... and all dressed up in a shiny, tinsle-yy, contemporary cultural "analogy" -- high marks, indeed...

in the words of our pre-emminent modern-day philosopher, "Sheeesh! What a (couple of) maroons!"

    :drink:
