Both. I think that it is like in Acts 8:4 "Those who had been scattered preached the word wherever they went". I think that God guided VPW to what was available to that day and time. Not because he was especial, but because he was faithful to do so. VPW taught to others the Way Corps, LCM many more at least 40,000. Then VPW pass away. The devil attack. ACTS 8:4 and working God´s rightly divided Word. We as body of believers lerned more tings, the bible does not take place of the absent Christ. There is no absent Christ so we do not need a man of God. LCM failes as the human, man, that he is. But he formed the best Believing believers of all times. ACts 2:42 and all over againg but more strong or stronger.

Well they are not dying, they are growing really slow and in some form they are connected, have a clear objective to move the Word.

Now they are called Household Fellowships. The debt problem primary is a U.S.A. cultural problem, we in other countries live almost on a daily bases because we are poor, we do not receive credits from the banks, no credit cards and the social systems of the government help people to buy really small apartments, but really small ones. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Small kitchen and no garden. And because of that cultural problema now we are in world recession. Two or three months ago 10 pesos = one u.s dollar. today 14 pesos = one u.s. dollar. And you have to work at least two hours to maike the dollar. That why a lot of guys cross the river.

Many statistics show that The Way International is splintering: *Enrollment at _The Way College_ of Emporia, Kansas, fell from 350 students to 90. This reflects an enrollment decline in The Way Corps leader training program. *Attendance at the Rock of Ages festival was down by 3,000 in 1987 (about 12,000 below its peak of 22,000 several years ago). This annual gathering includes teaching, entertainment, tours of facilities, recognition of the past year's W.O.W. ("Way Over the World") Ambassadors (one-year volunteer missionaries), and the commissioning of new Ambassadors. *The 1987 "Corps week" drew only 2,000 of the 3,500 graduates. Well, if we sees the WOW program as a sales program a marketing program, it was very successful because from nothing they reached a peak of more than 100,000 people and have work in more tan 30 international countries. For the purpose o marketing is not important if it is a big office or just a small one. You have a sales point and the product run every were. I think that it success should be measured in number of classes, number of new disciples and number of places were the Word get established. New twigs, limbs, branches. Countries open to TWI. WOWs were very nice people and were comited. So they were successfull in its personal life and in the job.

Yes with VPW, but in relation with Don he could choose one member of the Wierwille family to be on the board, but he choose Rosie. Once I heard that The Way Corps are or will be the responsibles to run TWI, thats maybe why all the board now is form with Way Corps. But they are other members of the Wierwille family that are Way Corps.

Around 1995 ,I do not remember the exact year, it was before the last Rock of Ages. LCM thought about “World Over the World Redefined”, and in it he said that the vision that God gave VPW about what he should do to moves God´s Word around the World was completed. That the Rightly divided Word of God is available to anyone hungry and thirsty for righteous. The WOW open many countries to God´s Word for example here in México a Family of 4 WOW came over and started to teach and run classes, in México exists hundreds of PFAL grads maybe thousands. The problem is that some part is followings the directions of Geare and the other part are now The Way Class grads. So in the case of México, Venezuela, Argentina they were very successful.
